Note that this review is not directed at the sales clerk who was doing her job. I rented a uhaul truck from this location for moving a piano and some other larger furniture items. I have already had problems on my previous attempts to rent a trailer and the lights didn't work. However, nothing was mentioned before I'd already driven 3.5 hours for the "big move". Again this was at a different location but all uhaul related. Today when I rented the truck and took it to the storage building, we found out there was no ramp. I called uhaul, who told me to call the business, 123 Travelers store, and were told no ramps or other trucks were available. I told the clerk we couldn't use it without the ramp because I'm unaware of people who can lift a piano 3 feet off the ground. She called the manager who refused to refund the payment. I'm not normally one to call businesses out, but it's all fake. All businesses are crooked, dishonest, and not community driven. The owner boasts a love of family and religion, and yet still takes commissions on someone else's misfortune. I can guarantee I'll never rent uhaul again, and to the manager at 123 Travelers Store, I hope you enjoyed your family driven Saturday, annoyed by some call about someone wanting their money back. A mother with seven children who is frustrated beyond belief from taking time away from work and family multiple times because of UHauls mistakes. Happy weekend !
