I do not understand why the pharmacy is so incompetent. I am on a medication that is a weekly dose for a month and then it goes to a higher dose next month. My doctor called it in, I get a message it is out of stock. I called they say it would be there in 3 days. 3 days later I called 4 times, no one answers the phone and then it hangs up. Finally I went into the store and they said it was a PA. Which meant it had to be doctor approved by the insurance. Well not it's after hours and the doctor is not in..... why is it that Walgreens will send you multiple text messages to pick up you prescription BUT NO TEXT MESSAGE WHEN THERE IS AN ISSUE WILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION??? EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A PURE LACK OF CARING FOR THE CUSTOMER/PATIENT. It's all about there bottom line and not people, what a shame and shame on you Walgreens for not having a better handle on making people well, instead of sick.

Had the prescription I needed and the pharmacy staff were so polite and fast! Store was clean, well stocked and the front cashier was friendly.

I always have great experience with the staff, but don’t bother calling when they’re busy. They keeping picking up and putting you on hold. Over and over and over

Very slow, most of the staff have attitudes and act like they are bothered by having to help.

Every time I've been in to get my prescriptions, nearly all of the staff are NOT wearing a mask properly or at all. Walgreens policy is for all staff to wear a mask...they can't seem to be bothered with this small precaution to help keep them AND their customers safer during these trying times. I will be utilizing a different pharmacy from now on.

I have been going to the Walgreens here in Duncan for years now, and I have always found the staff quite friendly and helpful. Even when their photo machines were down recently, they called the Spartanburg store for me to see if that other store would print my Christmas cards for me and they did. I have never had any complaints about how the pharmacy has treated me either. I have to get refills on prescriptions monthly and there's hardly any wait time when I go. The ONLY thing I found was that they charged A LOT more on the Lyrica (the generic too) than I could get through GoodRX at Costco, so I switched to Costco. I never realized that the prices on drugs are that variable! So if they'd get their prices to come down or put out a good coupon, I'd come back. Until then, I guess I'll have to get my Lyrica from Costco!

Absolutely awful in every aspect. Service is terrible. Staff are incompetent at best. Pharmacists just there to get a pay check. Absolutely zero care for their patients. Too bad there's not an independent pharmacy nearby. Seems as though Walgreens just keeps buying them out and shutting them down.
