My husband went to Verizon to get his phone fixed. The guy who worked there talked him into getting a new phone as well as 3 more phones for the family. He said the phones would be free if we traded in our old phones. We would only have to pay taxes and a $35 activation fee per phone. We were good with that and asked several times if our phone bill would increase. He said every time that it would not increase at all after the $35 activation fees.However, once we got our bill, we saw there was a charge on all 4 phones. We took it up and asked about it and were told that only $800 was free. We had to pay the difference over the next 3 years on our bill.This was a flat lie to us, and we are not happy with Verizon at all. We were even told that one phone was charged $10 more "for some reason." He said the other guy must have entered the amount in wrong. I asked if we could get a credit at least, and he said no, he didn't have a button to do that but it's "just a little bit each month." We will not trade in a phone again with Verizon because we can't trust what is told to us. If we had been told about the price, we probably would still have gotten the phones, because the workers were friendly. However, we hate being lied to and knowing we can't trust what we're told by the workers at Verizon.

Kaleb has always been so helpful every time I need help. I don’t go to any other Verizon store. Duncan is my store because of Kaleb. Kaleb is so patient and very knowledgeable. He takes his time to answer all my questions.
