The lady that takes the mail is very inconsiderate and rude. They need a new mail man/lady. This wouldn’t be the first time she is a problem and probably won’t be the last. Definitely need her to be fired immediately. Please find new hires she obviously doesn’t like her job.

Numerous times I have placed my company payments in the outside box at this post office they have arrived late. I have had to pay several late fees over the last months. When I have put my check payments at other post office locations I have not had this problem. I pay my bills 10 days before they are due.

My sub mail man leaves most of the mail box doors open my mail is wet and often have to pick the neighbors mail off my lawn from it blowing out of mail boxes. I often have to deliver my neighbors mail and bills that is placed in my mail box and i had three packages just the last 2 weeks that say they cant be delivered. I do not want to presume its cause he doesnt want to walk them to the door and just brings them back as undeliverable but he said he has Severe dislexia when i confrinted him soo with that excuse i cant trust anything else will be done right or with true integrity but seems they will hire anyone these days. Yes i reported him but he still keeps coming back so?♂️

Place is cute, staff was nice, but there isn't a self service kiosk and their hours are very limited. They are super firm on you can't drop off packages if the label was purchased any day other than that specific day. Been shipping hundreds of items for years at multiple post offices and this is the very first place to ever honor that, so just be aware. If the label was made even the day before, go to another post office that might accept that. Or have a QR code ready if you're shipping with a third party website that makes the labels for you.

Worst post office ever! Prepared a package last night with a shipping label and took it to this post office this morning to have it scanned to ship out. The lady at the counter said she could not accept the package because the label had yesterday’s date on it. WHAT!?! Never in my 20 years of shipping packages have I heard of this nonsense! Clearly scanning in a package was too much work for her. I took the package to the next nearest post office where it was accepted kindly, with no issues. Someone needs to check into the management at this place! Extremely poor service!

Staff is always friendly & courteous every time I have been in, even when I bring in lots of packages. Never had an issue and they are always attentive. My packages always scan & track in a timely manner.

Overall, I appreciate the consistently friendly office staff on several occasions over the years, but have encountered ongoing challenges with courier services, such as frequent misdelivery.Today, I had an in-person interaction with a courier and an unprofessional display of irritation when I went to pick up a package after receiving a text message about a package that was delivered. Despite this, I value the efforts of the postal service and hope for continued improvement in service quality.

Our carrier frequently does not deliver our mail. Many items get returned to sender. When we complained last year, they said the mail must have accidently fallen into the wrong bin. Today I was at home waiting on a package. Tracking now shows "No access to Delivery address" which is untrue. We live on a court with no cars parked on the street. I can see on my ring camera no cars came and even parked temporarily. No dogs out. Nothing out there, just a curb and mail box.

These people are very friendly. Sometimes the mail goes the wrong place but not often. My mailperson is fantastic. She brings packages right to the door and any mail that should have been in the box. Everyone who complains must have gone in the office with an attidude. They have always been above and beyond

Pretty quaint little post office. The type of customer service you receive will greatly depend on how busy they are though, so it's best to go when they're not busy. Also they have weird hours so it'd be wise to look them up before heading out. Other than that be respectful of the employees and they'll help you out the best they can, and I like that I can usually find handicapped parking.
