Very pleasant experience to shop at unclaimed furniture. Prices were very competitive and selection was great, but most of all the sales rep. Shawn LittleJohn was great. He answered our questions and was not too pushy.

We were EXTREMELY pleased today with the customer service from Dennis, Shawn and Shauna. My husband can be a bit indecisive and hesitant when purchasing anything over $500 (not joking) but Dennis discounts, Shawn’s patient as he decides, and Shauna’s very courteous and pleasantness may it hard for him to resist! The furniture for our office is well made, unique, and absolutely beautiful!! We have purchased from Unclaimed Furniture before and this experience will definitely make this store our go to in the future. Yes, we will be back and bringing friends who are moving here soon and looking for a furniture store. Thank you all. Please keep up the impeccable customer service and having quality furniture.

We were immediately greeted and were asked if we needed any help. We wanted to look around and went back to ask questions. We were able to get all questions answered and were able to purchase the furniture easily. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely shop here again.

We had a great experience with the team at unclaimed furniture. My son has always seen the commercial and loves Rashad and Kelsey, So naturally, when we saw them at the store, he was starstruck. They did a great job, and we worked with both Kelsey and Rashad for our purchase. They were wonderful and took care of my son and help us find the right pieces For our new house.
