Jay, Demetriess, Irvin, TJ, Marcus and Ronald were great to deal with. The company and movers did exactly what they said they would do. They were on time and the final bill was right in the middle of what they estimated that it would be. I would use them again. They made the process easy.

This our second move with Smooth Move and what a great experience. Demetriess, TJ, and Ronald were professional, polite and fast!! They wrapped all of our furniture and it was a game of Tetris packing the truck. These guys were literally running up the stairs with dressers and boxes!! We will be using them on our next move! I highly recommend using this team!!

A trusted colleague recommended Smooth Move to me, and they exceeded all my expectations. As an interior designer, it was important for me to find a reliable company whom I could recommend, who would take excellent care of my (and my clients') furnishings, who would send professionally trained employees who could anticipate client needs and communicate them, and who was reasonably priced. From the first meeting with Reid to the truly "Smooth Move" movers, Sonny and Earl, it was a very positive experience. I had to change the date several times and Reid patiently worked with me. Sonny and Earl went out of their way to go the extra mile, working steadily with a joyful attitude. I was truly impressed, and will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them to all my clients.

It won't let me give ZERO stars but that's really all they are worth. I setup an appointment for them to come out and give me an estimate on an upcoming move. On the day of that appointment the owner showed up 45 mins late. After looking at everything we had to move and agreeing on a date he said he would get me an estimate so that we could lock in that date as he is getting booked around the time we needed. A special thanks to Smooth Move and especially Evan, Robert, Lenny, Dontavious, and Sonny. We asked them to pack all the breakable and fragile items and move all the furniture to our new home. Sonny packed up everything taking time and effort to ensure all items arrived safe. Evan, Robert, Lenny and Dontavious worked tirelessly and in record time loading and unloading two trucks of really heavy furniture and boxes. Everyone was organized, professional, friendly, efficient, hard working and we give them all a thumbs up!! Highly recommend Smooth Move!!!

What a great company to work with. I made Ashley crazy with changing days and what we were moving. She very professionally worked with me and got it set up. The guys arrived on time. Very polite. Got right to work and packed it up quickly. Shrink wrapped my furniture and made sure it was well taken care of.
