Twice in the last 2 weeks they have failed to deliver oxygen for my husband who called and requested tanks. Whoever answers the phone does not relay the order. As a result my husband is unable to go to religious services and medical appointments without driving an hour away to pickup his own oxygen. He is on 6 litres 24/7. They are risking his life by their poor quality service. Since they are closed on weekends he is forced to do without. As a follow up. We received a call promising oxygen delivery today on a Sunday. This is very positive.

My husband went to Myrtle beach location. We had a very pleasant experience with our respiratory Therapist Katy. She is very professional and explained everything to us in details how to use my Cpap. I had a beautiful sleep last night.

Very poor customer service. My cpap went.out and was in warranty. I was told they would bring me another one. after 10 days I called to see if it would be delivered on Friday. I waited all day on Friday and they never came. They came on Monday and delivered the new one which broke that night. When I called the next day.to get another one, I was told it would be sent back to the manufacturer and that "they could not keep running things out to my house for me." I have been a client there for years and I believe that was the only item delivered to me. They admitted that there is a problem with that particular cap. I went in and got another one, but I felt that they are very rude. They need to remember this is a medical device that we should not be without. When I complained I got a lot of excuses as to why this all happened. None of which was my fault.

Usually love RMG because I've never had any major issue. This time it was a life changing issue, and they did not handle it correctly or responsibly. In August of 2023, my doctor prescribed a new CPAP machine my old one was damaged all was needed was RMG to process the paperwork. (easy enough because they had all the paperwork from the DR.) Due to some members of their staff with argumentative behaviors with their CUSTOMERS and EMPLOYEES.They were unstaffed and important documents did not get filed in 2023. A great company who cares about their customers would've made sure they completed all of the 2023 by any means. Due to their lack of responsibility, many customers went into a new year having to pay a new deductible for 2023 leftovers. RMG needs to be held accountable.
