Typical Publix as far as product offering is concerned. The store is always clean and conveniently located near restaurants, a gas station and a fitness center. The employees are extra nice, quick and eager to assist.

This Publix is always mislabeling their sales. It’s so frustrating. Sometimes they just have the wrong tag in front of the wrong item. Sometimes they put up sale signs the night before (so a BOGO item rings up full price). I’ve missed it so many times before finishing the transaction, and it’s starting to drive me nuts. I shouldn’t have to hold up the line to make sure items rang up correctly, or drive back to the store if it’s not caught before I leave. It’s your employees’ job to label things correctly! Also, once the transaction goes through as debit, they won’t refund the money back to your card. They just give you a gift card. How can I not get the money back I JUST spent there on a mislabeled item? No one ever goes back and fixes the sign either. I just suggested to the cashier (who was taking the items I refunded back to their shelf) that he should make sure to take the incorrect sign down, and he had a very wish-washy answer. So they’re okay with intentionally mislabeling product? I told the customer service person that there were mislabeled kombuchas too, but she blamed it on the grocery manager and made no effort to fix that one either.

Risa save the day. I asked Christa to fix my salad and I think I pissed her off by asking her and she was already busy. And then there was Risa ( I hope I’m spelling her name right) showing excellent customer service. I asked her and she stop what she was doing to get me on out the way. I love my local store but some of the employees are not the friendliest.

With all of the larger and newer Publix around, I am not sure why we are stuck with this store. The store is smaller than most, I hate the parking lot, but you do still get the.Publix higher prices.

I like Publix but they can be a little pricey. I search for sales. The store is always clean. Most of the staff are very inviting and pleasant. I can depend on their fresh produce and flowers. I wish that they had more lanes open for check out.
