They did an AWESOME job on my 2018 Nissan Sentra it looked and drove as if it was brand new and spotless. I highly recommend this place located @ 196 Duncan Reidville road. The customer service from Stephen and his crew was kind, pleasant, and very respectful. Not to mention they knew who I was by face and over the phone every time I called. I give this shop a 10 out of 10, don’t walk but, RUN, get towed, or heck get dropped off to this shop. They will definitely treat you right.

I dropped my car off August 23 a week later came by to get a few things out the car and saw my car stripped down…. IMMEDIATELY someone from the team came out explained what was going on with the car, the parts they needed and was super informative about what the process was going to be. Even with the delays, Stephen Went above and beyond Keeping me up-to-date on replacement parts and things that they needed to do to get my car Finished. Finally got my car back today. She looks beautiful just like the first day I picked her up from the dealership. Thank you again to Stephen and the crew on getting my baby back to me.

I would rate my entire experience with Piedmont Collision as “EXCEPTIONAL.” I give 99% of that credit to the Stephen Bridges, the facility manager. Understanding I was definitely traumatized as a result of having my almost new car being seriously damaged, he consistently showed me support in every possible way, in particular in keeping me updated about the repair status of my vehicle. I can honestly say, as both a twenty-two year veteran of the U.S. military and an equal career as a school administrator, that Stephen Bridges is “as good as it gets”’when it comes to customer service and relationships.

Outstanding service with these guys!!!! Stephen was outstanding!!! I was in a bind and had nothing to drive while my truck was worked on and Stephen made sure it got finished as quick as possible. Repaired the front end and it looks fantastic, rock solid too. These guys even detailed the inside free of charge without me even asking!!! Best experience I have had at a body shop

I could not be more satisfied and happy with Piedmont Collision. Stephen is so personable and professional. I was very pleased with the service, from first phone call, speaking with Stephen, to when I picked up my car after repairs were completed. Excellent communication regarding services. I apologize that I don’t remember the receptionist’s name but she was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Piedmont Collision is one of Allstate’s preferred repair businesses. You will not be disappointed if you choose Piedmont!

Stephen and his crew are awesome! Sent my Mother-in-law’s car there after a wreck and Piedmont Collision made her car look as good as new. They had a good turn around time and did a great job keeping her updated on their progress and dealing with her insurance. Highly recommend!

Today I took my Granddaughter to pick up her car that had been repaired. We were greeted by Stephen who was the person that completed the work. He had gone out of his way not only to fix the issues that it was there for, but went above and beyond to check and make sure everything else was in good working order. Not only was the work done very professionally, She was also given flower for brining her car to them. I thought that was a nice way of saying thank you. So if you are considering a company that is honest and stands behind their work, then consider Piedmont Collision for all your needs.

They are super friendly and professional. They did a phenomenal job replacing my bumper and went above and beyond with a few other little repairs. I got the feeling they would treat any car with care whether brand new or an older, high mileage model like mine. I really appreciate that. They're also really knowledgeable and helpful with the insurance claim and rental car info. I hope I never need any more collision repairs, but if I do I know where to take my car!
