Friendly, informative, patient with a non judgemental attitude and ability to make analogies to help communicate and understand the process. Made it simple and easy. Grateful for this service. Made it possible to be home instead of a lengthy hospital stay.I also would like to thank Mira! She is very professional and makes it a comfortable experience.

This company has did not submit the bill through my insurance even though they have been informed on multiple occasions that my insurance has not changed and now they are charging my credit card for payments when the card payment was not authorized and the invoice has still not been submitted to insurance. Do not provide your card information to this company unless you want them to charge your card for all payments. My husband is in hospice and only eats through tube feedings. Insurance has not denied any payments except a couple that were not billed correctly and those were subsequently paid once I appealed the decision. I have not gotten any of my money back. If you think your insurance should have paid do not just pay first. Once they have your card information they will continue to charge the card without your permission.

My daughter is a year and I use this company to supply her feeding tube supplies. I have called over the last two days to receive supplies and I’m still waiting. Because my daughter eats primarily through a tube is is detrimental that I have supplies. As of now, I do not have enough supplies for the weekend and no one came seem to assist me…. I’m waiting for a call back from two days ago…
