HealthPointe Veterinary Clinic in Duncan, SC is truly exceptional! They treat me and my dog like family, always providing top-notch animal care. The staff and doctors are incredibly helpful and they go above and beyond to make each visit is smooth and stress-free. We feel very supported. They are always ready when we need them, and I can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Got quoted $1500-$2000 for dental cleaning!!!! Went got other estimates from 2 other vets and they said starting at $350 plus however many teeth needs to be removed. Well I ended up taking him to smith animal hospital in Spartanburg. Ended up paying $475 and 5 teeth removed on my senior dog. Other words don’t go to HealthPointe they are ridiculously overpriced.

So glad we found them! After trying a few places for our exotic bird, we found HealthPointe and never looked back! They made such a good impression we started taking our non-exotics there too! We have never had a bad experience there. Staff is always friendly with excellent bedside manners. Vets are knowledgeable yet down-to-earth. They handle our traumatized parrot very well, and our kitties do great with them. It's also not often you see a vet clinic with staff that's not jaded and condescending. These people seem genuinely happy every single time we go in, regardless of how exhausting their job must be. All of this, plus very reasonable prices, and I can't recommend them enough! Worth every minute of the drive :)

I took my bird Joy here,as this is the only place near that takes birds. Joy is a Dove that belonged to my mother before she passed away 13 years ago. Joy is now 33 years old. She was very sick, would not eat. Her feet looked horrible, and she looked dehydrated. This vet was AMAZING from the first phone call. They took time to listen and worked with my time that I was available (even though I had to change it twice) they still accommodated me. When I got there, they took amazing care of her. She was in rough shape, being so old. They came out and talked to me and explained it in detail so that I really understood. They were so caring. They sent home treatments for her. They also called they next day to check on her. I have received several follow-up emails about her care and thanked me for choosing them. This is also the cleanest veterinary office I have ever been in!

I brought in my chicken at Healthpointe veterinary clinic to get checked out due to a respiratory issue. The doctor and staff are very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. It is great knowing there is a sweet place in the upstate that helps with non domesticated pets such as chickens, ducks, etc.. along with all the domesticated ones they regularly see. Great place. I left happy with all the necessary meds my chicken needed to recuperate.

The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. My birds are always happy and healthy when I pick them up from boarding. They send me photos of them while they are in their care. The veterinarians are kind, thorough, and take time to answer any questions that I have. I would not drive over an hour for them to care for my exotic animals if I did not have confidence in their ability to provide quality care!
