Being new to the area, I am relying on Google reviews and word of mouth. My neighbor takes their dog here. It is close to my neighborhood and highly recommended them. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to schedule appointments. Dr. Jacobs was calm and caring. My two year old (approximately) rescue pup usually shakes uncontrollably when encountering new people. Not Dr. Jacobs!Beware! They will charge you up front when scheduling your first appointment.

Very friendly staff and excellent with my dogs. Vets have always done a good job of explaining to me what they’re doing and giving them and explaining proper preventative care etc. as a first time dog owner I most certainly appreciate that. & they always follow up when I’ve brought them in for an illness to see how they’re doing.

I am so impressed with this office. The staff go above and beyond. They are kind, compassionate, and understanding. Dr. Jacobs was amazing! Quick to give us updates and educate us as well. Thank you for everything! Thank you for taking such great care of my Dewey .

The vets at Healthpointe Veternairy Clinic truly care about my cat, Grimy. After a recent visit, Dr Davis had the receptionist call twice to check on him. I truly appreciate the assistance and care my cat has gotten at Healthpointe! They are wonderful!!

I loved most of them there and thought they were going to become my new vet, however there was one that was a little snippy. but that's not the worst of it when I did a review the first time and I didn't give them high marks because of the one lady, they sent me a letter and told me that I was no longer welcome at their facility.. not in those words but pretty much that's what they were saying so if you had a bad experience and still don't give them a 4 or 5 star rating your pet is not going to be seen there.. so FAKE is the word that comes to mind..

Outstanding group of loving and caring veterinarian personnel. I am new to the area and this was my first experience with HealthPoint. Everyone at HealthPointe is so professional and customer oriented. Dr. Grier and Liz Yates provided excellent care for my pet. This was a very sensitive and emotional situation for me and, they helped me through the process. They have excellent technical skills as well as people skills. My humble and sincere thanks to both of them for being there in my time of need. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality healthcare for their beloved pets.

With the new COVID-19 procedures, our pets can feel confused and overwhelmed. HealthPointe’s staff is absolutely amazing to help animals transition. As they took Sherlock from the car, she showed kindness and was patient when you could tell he didn’t want to go in alone. She stood by the car and reassured him as she gave him a pet. I can not say thank you enough for loving our pets as much as we do. You all are professional and wonderful to interact with. Our community is blessed to have you.

I love the staff and the quick response time. They worked us in today because my dog has been limping and pulled a muscle. They are quick to respond with any questions you have and their prices are very reasonable.
