“Not only do I love having this store in our small community to avoid going to a big box store where you may or may not get good customer service I love the friendliness of the staff and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need to get the job done. I always have a great experience in this store but today was above and beyond. Chris was there today and I had a major problem with a job I was working on a very expensive project that was due today. Not only did he help me figure out what to do with it he helped me salvage it and prevent having yo start all over. Thank you so much for your help today.”

“Had a problem with a 18 volt weed eater I purchased at this store. Took it back and they gave me a full refund that I used to upgrade to a 40 volt weed eater. It works great. They were very helpful and nice through the whole process. These folks know what customer service is all about. I love and use many Ryobi products and this is just one of many reasons I do.”

“I deal with this store quite a bit and they’re always service-oriented, friendly and helpful. I had a hydraulic pump issue out of my Scag tiger cat 2 and they took care of me exactly how was promised when I purchased the mower there. The mechanic, John, was able to get my mower covered under warranty with no hassle for me. Max, the store salesman was easy to deal with and very understanding/helpful. Will certainly buy more equipment here in the future.”

“Sometimes when large stores around you seem over-whelming, you have to go in a different direction. I think this is what Dobson did.When I stopped by today I was amazed at all the gifts available as well as certain hardware items that are in demand.It's always nice to avoid walking around a huge store and getting help immediately.I plan on starting my Christmas shopping there SOON.”

“This is a great local hardware store. They don’t have the same selection like Lowe’s, but that’s expected. However, almost every time I’ve gone by they have what I need (I have also called ahead of time and they’re always more than welcome to check). When you get there, the workers are nice and always willing to help. I recommend them and will continue to go back.”

The reason I went this route is because I got tired of getting poor service with the commercial companies that offer you their schedule and have poor results and no technical support. “I been in this store previously. It has a new owner and a new name. Basically, this is a home improvement store with pricing from inexpensive to expensive! I saw specials on many floor coverings! Admittedly, I'm a s***** for a good deal! Most impressive to me was the big selection of assembled cabinetry! Many styles and prices! It's ready to install into a kitchen or bathroom. The sales people here are helpful and not pushy! Well Trained! I like this store!”

“My wife and I went to Lowes in Greer because we needed to replace the washer and drier and outdoor grill at our Lake house in Anderson County. We were not sure what we wanted when an employee asked if he could help. His name is Stephen Jaworski. We had many questions about the different brands of washers and dryers and he was very knowledgeable about each one. He wrote up the whole order and set up the delivery that we requested. The next morning we realized that the grill we had selected was too small. I met Stephen that morning and had no problems in deleting the original grill and replacing it with the one that better served our needs. Roy S.”

“I went in today to order flooring. The employee that helped me, Amy, was FANTASTIC! we had to order from 2 different stores, helped with options for the stairs, she was so patient the whole time and it took a while since I haloed to pick flooring that was going in-active. She made sure I get the best bag for my buck and when I was checking out (for the second time) her teammate mentioned something about her being there late. She stayed late to help me and never once made me feel rushed or even gave a hint around the fact that I asked for help right as she was supposed to be ending her shift!”
