“First time visit just to check things out. The place was busy as I would expect it to be on Saturday morning. A nice lady behind the desk was very, very helpful answering questions as well as friendly and polite. She showed me around the place, and it seems that there are as many machines and free weights as anybody could allow. They also have one free body scan a month for a premium member as well as a couple massage chairs. And to top it all off. The price is reasonable and the place is immaculate”

“There is not a better gym with better personal training in the upstate. I have been going to some sort of gym on and off for 20 years. I have had some good experiences and decent results but I have never had personal training where they genuinely care about your results like Robert, Mike, and Ali do. Mike and Ali, the owners, are there every single time I walk in and are always open to questions, advice, or just conversation. Roberts training is perfect for anyone. He goes into great detail as to what you're doing, why your doing it, and what to expect. The research he does on each workout type is bar none. On top of all of that, they provide you with a nutritional app where they plan every single meal you put in your body from breakfast to lunch to dinner and even snacks in between. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to make myself better with.”

“I give Crossfit Greer 5 stars, because of the coaches and the people. This is a great group of people, and the workouts are challenging and fun. I encourage everyone to give CrossFit a try. I'm 62 and try go 5 days a week. Crossfit is a program that will "meet you where you are" - you don't have to be the best when you start - you can "scale" the workout to your abilities- and you grow from there. Come join us!”

“Well there are worse things at my age (or any age) to be addicted to than Orangetheory. I’m pushing 70 but have done 1,900 OTF classes since I started in 2017. If healthy, will pass 2,000 classes in about 5 or 6 months. Except for music being too loud sometimes and sometimes that rap crap which I hate (it’s noise not music), I love everything else about Orangetheory. The coaches and staff are awesome. I love the numbers that show how hard you’re working and for me, an accountant, those numbers and information keep me going. I get bored easily and the classes are always different (or my memory is getting shorter). Accountability and showing up makes the difference. Sometimes some aches or pains and while some use as an excuse not to go to OTF, that is when I want to go because activity tends to make those issues go away. I just believe if there is one fitness program you want to try, it’s this one. After 1,900 classes it’s still fun and for me the perfect way to start the day.”

“My experience at this 9Round is outstanding. The trainers are amazing and are engaged with you checking to see how you are doing at each round. The studio is beautiful, clean. There is a stretching area for before and after your workouts. It also has an area with weights. The members are very nice. It’s a wonderful community at this studio. I highly recommend checking out this 9Round location if you are interested in kick boxing for killer workouts.”

“Burn Boot Camp is the best gym experience. It is not only a gym but a community with great trainers that motivate you, lead by example, and gym members that encourage each other with no judgments.I personally have bad knees and decided to try Burn due to the bouncy floor and it’s a game changer. I am able to consistently do my workouts as my knees don’t swell due to the bouncy floor absorbing most of the impact.The workouts consist of just 45 minutes of your day, the routine changes daily, you can scheduled coaching session, and to top it off there is child watch. Burn makes it easy and fun to attend.”

“I have two older sons that play basketball. It's nice to see a place where you can go watch children play sports and not have to pay admission for every game. So many people and locations exploit children and make money off little league sports anyway they can. This place doesn't do this from what I can see. The gymnasium is nice and clean and people are disciplined. We need more places like this. I wish that my two sons would have had a place like this to compete in.”

“I really like this gym! It's clean, well maintained, and the staff are excellent. Justin is super friendly and always there to answer any questions or help out, he really makes you feel welcome and supported!

My trainer Kaylee has gone above and beyond to help me reach my goals. She's knowledgeable, patient, and understands how to help you reach your full potential. She's developed a diet plan, workout routine, and is a huge source of encouragement and support. She puts in 110% every session, and on off session days she's always around to lend a hand or give a helpful tip.

I feel like the staff here have my back, which is something I've never experienced at a gym before. Highly recommended!”

“Coaches will work with you to reach you goals and balance both fitness and nutrition. Workout are a good balance or strength and cardio and they offer different timed classes from 45-90 minutes. The only reason it is a 4 not a 5 is price but Sadie works with you to find a plan they offer that works best for you.”

“Jazzercise is the BEST and ONLY work out that I will ever do! Forget the Gym and their memberships fees and boring workouts. This is a dance ? party- where I get to have fun at the same time as working out! All of the instructors are extremely helpful, knowledgeable- and very relatable! I’ve been here for a couple of months now- and have LOVED every second of it! I am a mother of 4 all under the age of 4. So, this is helping me loose ALL of my unwanted baby weight! I also have noticed my energy levels, happiness, mental clarity, and strength have all increased tremendously! Can’t wait to see what happens in the months to come! And to see how fit I can get with just dancing and having fun!!!!”

“This is a good place to get a workout in. Dumbbells only go up to 75lbs, but they have a large selection of machines. They also have quite a few hammer strength and a nice cable section. If you are looking for cardio, they have a ton of elliptical, treadmill, stairsteppers, and bikes.”
