Visited to purchase a vehicle.Although I was told that the car drives fine I noticed many little things such as the dents, broken ports inside the vehicle rust, and the biggest thing being inoperable headlights.Understand used cars come with their own set of issues but I feel like certain things such as the lights should have been disclosed well in advance....

A friend bought a car there. Has had it in the shop more than he has driven it. Struts replaced. Then told him to replace battery. Then put in a starter. Now they are saying a computer. After the computer is in it has to be taken to Benson to program.. Sergio is playing a guessing game .. Hopefully my friend will have his car back by the first of January... After spending November and December in and out of the shop... Let's hope this is finally fixed... This place is a rip off.... Do not do business with them... Sergio lies so much....Do yourself a favor and shop around....This place Doesn't Care About The Customer....

Recently purchased a vehicle here, before purchasing and signing paperwork we had agreed the mechanic would look at the vehicle , it was making a noise, and the broken seat. Came the next day for the mechanic to look at it and they waited until we got there to tell us the mechanic left for an emergency. Fine okay no issue I understand emergencies happen, was told they would let me know what was a better day to come and have it checked. No response and haven’t heard back. I understand it’s “as is” but if we agreed upon something before hand then why am I getting the crap end! Not trustworthy, would not recommend.

HORRIBLE LYING DEALERS!!!! Bought a car from here less than a year ago and I have had COUNTLESS problems with it. We live three hours away and were originally going for a newer Hyundai that was on hold for us to look at and buy. On the drive we got notice that they sold it to another couple, but they had a "much better" car with less mileage for us. We get there and they lie already about the previous ownership and find out it has been wrecked and it didn't even start up the first time. We ended up buying it and later finding out it had much more damage than what they had said. I have had so many problems with it, battery is always dead and it's constantly in the shop. Cannot believe how many lies we were told because they borderline sold us a lemon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Do Not go here I purchased a vehicle from here and had to keep coming back because they lied about the brake pads and rotors being new and tried to make me pay for the costs! It still makes noise when I hit brakes and they don’t seem to know what they’re talking about and act like they are clueless when confronted. I would give this place -5 stars if I could

I bought a car from them. A couple weeks later the car was in and out of garages for repairs. Apparently this car was in no shape to be sold in the first place. I’m at 1,400 bucks trying to get this car roadworthy. All the repairs were preexisting. 0 out of 5 stars if it’d let me.
