I have always had a excellent experience with both Duncan and Spartanburg branches. It's easy to get direct answers to questions and they have always been very nice and respectable.

I was satisfied with my banking xp. Till I went in and they no long have a machine for Visa debit cards. My pay goes directly 2 a visa. If I need cash I can longer get it unless I open an account at another bank.

Was referred to Founders through Taylor Auto Sales to get a used vehicle financed. Johanna helped us. She was very professional and knew her business well. A couple of minor issues with getting financed but she found a way to make it happen and was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. The staff also at the branch was all very friendly and working with her to make this happen. First class operation!

I've always received good customer service at this branch, although nowadays it's rare that I actually have to go to the bank. They do have a coin machine inside that's free for customers, if you have a lot of change. This credit union has good benefits for its customers too. Better than using a bank for sure! The mobile app and online banking is convenient.

The Reidville rd branch took the people worth having. What's left is a train wreck. Go to Reidville rd. The Duncan branch has become quite rude. Reidville is the awesome group you miss from Duncan.

I received subperb assistance today as it was my 1st time actually, physically dealing with them cause I always used a bank bank ,but never again I am so glad I was introduced to the credit Union of a forever life for me now.... This Credit Union is by far the most amazing bank yo have on your side. The phenomenal customer service and the care they show to you is unreal. Johanna is one of the Most amazing Reps I’ve dealt with. She made my vehicle purchasing so easy and went above and beyond. I will not deal with any other credit Union. When they made Johanna apart of the team is when they really built themselves a great name. Thank you for making my car buying experience amazing. And for being the one to have the honor to help me achieve purchasing my very first BRAND NEW CAR !!!

I've used several financial institutions over the years and so far Founders has set themselves apart from the others. Amber Bradsher of the Duncan office is a wonderful representative that will listen, suggest and direct your actions based on what your needs are and most importantly follow up with you. Founders product portfolio is diverse and most likely will meet your needs now and in the future. She and her associates will treat you with courtesy and respect.

I have been customer of the Duncan branch of Founders FCU for many, many years! Their customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty. Their professionalism and willingness to help everyone that walks through their doors is unparalleled. Amber Bradsher has always been very pleasant to deal with. She will go the extra mile to get you the best finance rate possible. You will not beat the finance rates on houses, credit cards or autos that Founders offers. I highly recommend them!

My husband and I opened 3 new accounts at FFCU. It was a great experience. Joann, the bank representative was very helpful. We were there right at closing. She stayed over and extra 30 minutes assisting us. I really appreciate her taking the time to answer all of our questions.

Disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service I received here from one of the reps. She called my name from the waiting area, I went into her office and sat down. She didn't say anything like "how can I help you" "thanks for coming in today" "my name is .....". Nothing. Just looked at me. So I start the conversation after an awkward moment by saying that I was thinking about moving money around in order to obtain a higher interest rate. She responds by telling me that interest rates were terrible and wasn't going to be making money anywhere. True, however, their interest rates are still generally better than other banks. She said that money market accounts had higher interest rates but I could "buy a happy meal" with the difference. She failed to ask, at any point in our conversation, how much I was looking to move over from my primary bank (USAA) or what the interest on my current accounts were. She didn't mention any other banking options. She seemed more invested in arguing about an entirely different account and it's origins that I was having difficulty understanding. Rather than taking the time to explain it, she stated "I don't want to argue". I don't want to argue either, however I would like to understand. Her demeanor and attitude from the beginning of the conversation were a very poor representation of customer service and professionalism and set the stage for our entire interaction. She was curt and seemed annoyed exploring any banking options with me. Honestly, she seemed annoyed being at work period.If this branch doesn't already do annual training on customer service, I would recommend that it be started. This is an employee of 15 years and she should have a clear understanding of the fact that she is representing her company with every interaction she shares with its clients. While I couldn't find the mission, vision, values or goals clearly stated anywhere, I would assume that it's standard training at hire. I would also assume that the goal of the company isn't to drive customers to invest elsewhere.

Just moved to Duncan to a new subdivision and was happy to learn that my bank was right down the street! I had spoke with Founders earlier today over the phone about my accounts so when I went back in to my app I was locked out and couldn’t not use my pin to get into my app! So I stop by founders located in Duncan SC near the mighty dollar! (looking rough trying to get situated in our new home! The lady was very nasty and acted very unbothered Bc o couldn’t remember a user name that I made up years ago! Welp Spartanburg location it is! I would rather drive then to be treated as if I’m nothing and nobody!

Absolutely love this branch and the people in it! Everyone is welcoming, kind and local. I was even able to speak with the branch manager, Joe Stevens, upon request. You just don’t get that kind of personal touch at large banks. Have always had nothing but excellent service in the two years that I have been banking here!
