Automated nonstateside call center. They did good enough. Just used to being able to call the dispatcher 2 miles away.

We had to pick up a freight package from here. After speaking with an employee, it was easy to find. They were very quick and friendly. They even helped us load the package into my truck. Would definitely have something shipped here again.

Fedex Freight is doing a really bad this year 2021. They took a shipment of mine and never showed up with at delivery and never told anyone they were going to start pulling BS. They held the shipment at the terminal until I found out. They told me the delivery point refused the shipment because it needed a delivery appointment, this is a lie. They told the delivery contact the company was closed on the Friday afternoon at 1:30 when the truck arrived, this is also a lie.
