This store has such empty shelves. I went here for allergy medicine only to discover literally none… I thought maybe they don’t carry it but I learned they can’t keep staff long enough to stock their shelves. They are paying all of 9.00 an hour!!! Like who can afford to work for $9.00 an hour? No wonder they can’t keep staff. The store has lots of items and it was a good place for deals. Always beats the other dollar stores that aren't near a dollar. $1.25/each item here. The only negative is I called ahead to check inventory, worker says yes, they have these in stock. Get there with a broken knee, torn miniscus, she says what aisle, but there are none. Hobbled around for 20 minutes following rows to look in by worker suggestions who was out of her mind. Needless to say, it was painful. Should know or go check, before confirming things. Lazy worker!

poor management, Damien is a awful, miserable person.... he should be so lucky to have a job, this time around told me he has a new job, he is just unprofessional, loud, and rude. usually employees are miserable, unkept, and filthy just standing at the register.

On Saturday, July 6th, I had the worst experience I have ever had at any Dollar Tree store. The shopper ahead of me ordered three birthday ballons that the associate couldn't find and while that was going on the shopper decided to continue shopping for items they forgot. In the meantime, I and several other shoppers staying in a long line, had to wait almost 15 minutes to pay for our items. Neither the shopper or the store associate didn't notice or care about this situation. When I mentioned this to the associate, she halfheartedly apologized, On top of that, two other store workers walked by totally ignoring the situation and the associate at the register didn't think or make any effort to ask for help. I and the other shoppers in line were a little annoyed about the long wait. I don't think I will be going back to this Duncan Dollar Tree for a long time. Maybe Dollar General is my better option. The needs of the customers should have the highest priority. I would have suggested that they open another register to speed up the process. This situation occurred around 15:18 on 07/06/2024 according to my receipt. The sales associate listed on the receipt was Jessica. I thought you would want to know. Thanks for listening.

One of my favorite places to go. You can always find different things and you can't beat 1.25 for Most things. I always find whatvim looking for. Only complaint is I wish they would put the prices back at 1 dollar like the name says

Needed 25-30 balloons for a party. Shift super was happy to help us on Main St. In Duncan. Ended up with a huge bunch that people outside were waiting to see if my hubby could get into our Jeep!!
