I have recently bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500hd from them with 200,000 miles. I only put 800 miles on the vehicle before my brake lights went out completely and reduced power mode came on. I took the truck to the Chevy dealership where they came across a complete wiring harness that was melted and burnt in multiple places. After asking what caused the wires to be burnt they informed me that someone had hooked up a fan and straight wired it into my fuse box and didn't attach a ground so it shorted out and Burt all my wires. When I purchased the truck the AC was supposed to be fixed by them but instead they sent it to a random guy who wired the fan directly into my fuse box with no ground. After speaking with them they informed me that they do not service their vehicles. I was told they make sure they run and drive and sell them. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this car lot or this family.

I bought a 2005 GMC Sierra 2500 HD from them. So far so good, but this review isn't about the truck. The negative comments against them are not fair at all. It's on the buyer to inspect any vehicle they're considering to buy. If the buyer doesn't know anything about vehicles, then they should have it inspected by a mechanic they trust. Period. Financing is separate from the car-buying process. If you don't like the financing terms, shop around. Unless you're using in-house financing (buy-here-pay-here), you're going to pay the dealer with a check backed by whatever loan agent you use. So, any problems you have with financing terms have no bearing on the deal you make with the dealer. There's no excuse for not doing your due diligence. They're there to make money. You're there to spend money. It's up to you, the buyer, to work the deal you're comfortable with. Remember, you don't have to spend your money at Campbell's, but I found them to be very fair to me.

Sketchy family business. Untrustworthy people and vehicles.Takes part in illegal activities.Buyer beware. Or just stay away from this business and vehicles.Took advantage of a minor that paid 90% cash money for a truck up front. Only financed 10%. Taylor made a deal with him he could make payments via CashApp. He was making payments to Taylor's cash app and did not record the payments on the books. (obviously pocketed the money, because her dad the owner knew nothing about the payments)They falsified documents and forged my husband's name.Let my child, the minor drive off in the truck with NO insurance coverage. which is illegal.Had to replace fuel pump, steering rod, and a few other things with in weeks. The truck left him on side of the road more than once.Don't trust the people.Don't trust their words.Don't trust their vehicles.

For 3 years, i had a run down 2006 Nissan Sentra 5 speed. No A/C, crank windows, and a whole lot of duct tape. It would get so hot in my car from the A/C constantly blowing out hot air that my radio would overheat and i would too. i was broke and knew my car was coming to an end. As that door closed, another opened and i met Taylor Campbell, the Executive Director of Campbells Auto Sales. She introduced me to her dad, Chad. i told them exactly what i was looking for and my budget. Within a week, Ms. Campbell told me that they found a car that they thought i’d like and to swing by after work. When i arrived, Chad was cleaning inside and out of the car and making sure it was perfect. It was everything i needed! They have been such a huge help to me! From finding a car that works for me, to checking up and seeing how everything was going. I couldn’t recommend any place better than Campbells Auto Sales!edit: The Campbell’s have done it again! i was in the market for another car. The only preferences i had were that i wanted 4 doors and i wanted a Toyota. They took that and ran with it. They found me a 2005 Toyota Camry and I’m in love!! There were some difficulties we had to overcome, but the Campbell’s took care of everything! I’m so grateful to have found the Campbell’s when i needed them the first time, and i will forever be grateful for them having my back a second time.
