Jen does a great job leading the older adult group workouts. Positive and encouraging. I had her as a substitute personal trainer when I had Luke and Cole, and all 3 have been really great PTs.

Cancelled my membership and I am currently still getting charged. Have been in person and called over the phone countless times. Now receiving letters from a lawyer in regard's to the matter. When the money in question is all after I had cancelled, so take your business elsewhere this place is a scam!

My sister and I visited several gyms and settled happily at Anytime Fitness in Duncan. I like the size--it's relatively small so it's not noisy, frenetic, or distracting. The machines and equipment are all in good shape, clean, and well maintained. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I particularly like the M-W-F morning classes for over 55 exercisers. The instructor, Jen, does a great job of providing a class that can be as challenging as you want/need it to be. She's great at providing variations for exercises so folks at varying fitness levels can effectively exercise side by side.I also work with Jen for 1on 1 training and have found that experience particularly beneficial. Jen's got a gift for listening to my concerns, and goals and then bringing just what I need into the day's workout. She clearly gives thought to her plans for each of our sessions, yet can switch gears as needed. She's also charming, and fun, and funny--which really helps when I think I just can't do one more rep.

I have been a member since January of 2024. I find this Anytime Fitness an inclusive environment. There are plenty of older folks such as myself but also plenty of young folks as well. I feel comfortable with no judgement. The machines are clean and there is a variety of machines and weights. I also have a weekly private session with one of the private trainers, Jen Vest. She is great! The sessions are fun even when she makes me sweat! She listens to my feedback and concerns. She spends time designing programs for my particular concerns.

Jen keeps you motivated and moving. She’s very personable and has such an upbeat personality. She makes you feel you want to come back. Your place in Duncan is kept very clean and neat too.

Amazing gym, staff was friendly and helpful. Trainers are knowledgable, and space was clean and well maintained. New ownership has done a good job with this gym as of a month ago when they took over. Highly recommend!

Decided to check them out before grocery shopping at Publix and was warmly welcomed by Kaylee, who showed me around and even showed me how to use a few pieces of equipment before I decided to sign up! I signed up for personal training with her on the spot and am super happy with our sessions thus far. Also, it sounds like the new owners are really invested in making this gym special which is a win!
