Should be known as ArcWorst instead of ArcBest. The driver was great but the rest of the experience was further proof that in America for sure, there is no customer support, only customer abuse. From now on I'll watch what shipping companies my vendors are using and drop those that use ArcWorst.

Staff here are very nice and go above and beyond. My shipment was running fairly late and they did their best to speed up the process. Everyone I dealt with was nice from the manager to the girl on the phone to the driver.

I can't say enough good things about this company and how they do business! They helped me move a house full furniture from New England to the south. They made the entire process soeasy and painless. They were on time with drop off, pick up and delivery. They even helped me with extra time to load and unload when I had to change dates. They were always professional and friendly through the entire process and did it all so much cheaper than it would have been to rent a uhaul and move it all and drive it down myself! If you have a long distance move, this is the company to go with. Could not be happier the service, care and pricing they offer. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services. The team in the Duncan South Carolina office are top notch and help take the stress out of moving!

The Driver is great! However they will leave your package sitting in the wharehouse. Guess they deliver when they are tired of tripping over stuff? Frustrating to track a package across the Country then watch it sit in the facility longer than the cross country trip. Then I had to call them to schedule the delivery???

I’ve never heard of this company until I just ordered my recent package. It was a large package, and I have been tracking it daily and keeping a close eye on it since it was a very important item. I had a projected delivery date and on the day it was supposed to be delivered, it said “pending appointment”. I was confused by this, so I gave them a call. I was told on the phone that “it’s here, but all of our drivers are gone for the day.” Well, I needed the package THAT DAY. The day it was scheduled to be delivered! The man on the phone was incredibly rude to me and treated me like I was stupid. He said “you received a call on Tuesday to schedule a delivery appointment” but I never received a call. I checked my phone logs, nothing. Nor does anywhere say you need to schedule a delivery appointment. So
