My husband and I were at Drayton post-office yesterday, made an appointment for our passports. We were in and out the next day within 15 minutes. The two ladies there were the nicest we've ever met. Thank you for you prompt attention and wonderful personality. You two are the perfect example of customer service.

Unfortunate that they had to cut the hours of the PO box lobby due to the broken gate at the retail desk, but the counter lady is real sweet and polite. She's willing to explain everything
