They get one star because they do eventually deliver most of the mail. Recently, we have been either receiving many letters from 2 to 6 weeks later than the advance notification or not receiving at all. I paid my car registration in early Fen and a week later saw my registration coming in the mail, but 3 weeks later... nothing. Yesterday at noon they only had 2 people working and one said she was told to punch out at 1:00. There were 15 people waiting in line. Really??! A lot of people were really late getting back to work.

I paid two-day shipping on a package I was supposed to received more than week ago. I still haven't received it even after emailing.

My package was never delivered to me I been staying home everyday waiting on my package my package has been 2 days late so far I have collector items and makeup and no one has showed up I'm super upset and no one ever picks up their phone in my opinion they need to get different people in people that know what they are doing I'm super upset cause I don't have my package

My package has been stuck at this location with no movement. I called about a dozen times but most of the time its busy. The times it does ring, no one picks up. When an employee finally picked up, Ebony the supervisor, she was incredibly rude. No one wants to hear your angry at life attitude. She clearly shouldn't work with the public. She belongs in the backroom, separated.

When I have a problem I call this office and get an answering machine. I leave a detailed message and a request for them to return my call. They never do. Furthermore, the ridiculously long and useless automated answering service they have makes me sick. If you say "manager" or representative" it don't understand. I believe they do this intentionally so customers will get frustrated and just hang up.

Went to this post office branch twice on April. I mailed two separate movies in manila envelopes at the counter, and was charged $2.67 each on the13th. I went back on the 23rd and mailed one movie, used the machine because it was a sunday and was charged $1.12. Why is the price different, I don't know. I called and they didn't know either, so they gave me an 800 #, this is bulllshit. This is why the usps is going down. They are ripping people off. I have included a photo of the case I used to mail the movies
