Does not keep his word. He replaced a transmission with a used one and a 6 month warranty. Left my daughter, and her 2 little boys on the side of the road 3 months later after she had already taken it for him to check and he said it was fine. He refuses to hold up the warranty? Gonna have to get a lawyer I guess. Very bad business! And not good for a young woman to deal with whatsoever!Services: Auto rear window replacement

It's it everyday that I leave a review on a business, but when I do you bet your bottom dollar that I was really impressed by their service (good or bad). I am sharing this review about Donalds Auto Care as many places as I can because, all I can really say is "WOW". My gf sold him her car for $450. She was asking 1K for it but he refused and bullied her into taking the low amount. The car had been sitting since October 2021 (so approximately 6 months at this point) and after getting it boosted so he could test drive it, he says it's not worth the 1k bc it's "swaying". She told him it's bc there were 2 back tires (a donut and a general spare) on it that wasn't the correct size bc it was the only way to get it off the road due to a blown tire). He also stated it was smoking a lot (she reminded him that it has been sitting idle for MONTHS so of course it's going to smoke until it was cleaned out). He fixed the car and put new tires on it and has now marked it as being for sale, so she tried to buy it back several times. He and his son were rude AF and told her they don't care that she wants it, they don't want to be to be 'low balled' into selling it to her for $500 even though she never told them that's what she was wanting to buy it for AND they have already dropped the asking price from 3k to $2500 bc NOBODY wants to pay them that much for the car. This shop is run by snakes that are only about cheating people out of their hard earned money.

Our company used this mechanic for several minor repairs in the past years and we trusted Donald's Auto Care for our vehicle repairs. But after paying for our truck to be fixed in the amount of $450.00 (he wouldn't work on it until we got that paid) we were left without a truck for over 8 months after we paid him with continous excuses from them as to why they continued to not work on our truck. We eventually had to go tow our truck home in worse conditions (they completely cut out our entire exhaust) and we still need our truck fixed. This shop/owner never returned a dime of the $450.00 we paid up front nor did they attempt to contact us in anyway to settle up or fix our truck. I am very disappointed not only did they NOT fix our truck but they also NEVER reimbursed us our up front money paid. Thanks to Donald's Auto Care, we are stuck with a broken down truck and out $450.00. I am disappointed that places like these take advantage of innocent hardworking people.

I trust him with my car he do good job when I take my car to him he fix it and I don't have no problem that is a good man and he does not try to get over women's like some mechanics do
