Store is always very clean. Always find what I'm looking for. Cashier not friendly. Last two times I went there on senior day, I didn't get discount. I know it's not much but every little bit helps.

Awful experience. Went to return two outfits I bought for my daughter. Told manager I don’t have the receipt but the tags were still on the clothing. She tells me to bring them in and that I can get a full refund as long as the Roses tags are still on them. Took the clothing in only for her to tell me I could get my refund even though I just spoke with her while in the parking lot. Very unprofessional and needs a better customer exchange policy!

We bought a gazebo from the store and when we opened it a part was broke, tried to return to exchange it but was told that they don't do that anymore even though numerous people I've spoken to have exchanged their merchandise there.
