After AAA didn’t show up after a few hours to tow my truck to a Ford dealer, I called Jerry at J&J Service Center. He came right out and handled the tow. Even called me back after to confirm the truck was dropped off at the dealer, locked up and keys given to service dept. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.
