Pharmacy hours is not accurate. Everytime we go to pick up medicine they are closed. The hours are not good for the working class. Half of us get off after 5 or 6 pm. Apparently they open up 8 am, then supposedly take a lunch from 1:30-2:00 and stays open until 6 pm. Well my husband went in there right before 1:30 today and they said they were not opening back up until 4 pm. My daughter needed her inhaler. I promise you I am switching pharmacies. Who takes a 2 1/2 hr lunch. If you advertise 8-8, it needs to be open 8-8. They can take lunch at different times and someone can be there the whole 12 hrs. Very inconvenient.

Online hours should be updated. Pharmacy advertised as being open until 8 PM. It actually closes at 6 PM, and doesn’t open at all on the weekends.

I went to get my medicine and waited in drive though line for 30 min or longer and was so sick there was 2 cars ahead of me and when I got to the window it was 7:03 and the lady at the drive though told me sorry I cannot wait on you it’s closed and she could not wait on me , and closed the window and was putting a tin foil up at it and I sat there and she reopen the window and I said could I talk with manger and she said no I cannot help you and I asked her please I need my medicine I’m very sick and I was in line an she seen I was next and nobody was behind me , I was treated very disrespectful she could have asked the manger because my medicine was already filled all I had to do was pick it up , How can CVS employee treat someone like this and I’ll never use the pharmacy again , Shame on this Pharmacy

Need prescription for covid filled was called in yesterday and still not filled. My wife got hers from a different pharmacy in 2 hrsI will be probably changing pharmacy.

My past two experiences there have been AWFUL! This past week I drove over to pick up a prescription. The pharmacy closes for lunch now (great, we all need a lunch break). The young woman informed me they were closed for lunch and really thought it was funny when I expressed my displeasure as she proceeded to close the pharmacy section. I had to make another trip there to pick up my medication later in the afternoon. Gas is rather expensive these days.The prior month, I tried to obtain that same medication and CVS was practically OUT of it. They gave me 5 pills and I had to return a few days later to get the rest of my prescription. I am DONE with CVS after I get my next refill. The staff (not the pharmacist) is a negative ten on a scale of one to ten. DONE! D. O. N. E. with this place!Edited to add: The issue is with the newly hired staff, not the people I have been dealing with for years. She really did have a smirk on her face and seemed to enjoy telling me they were closing for lunch. The various pharmacists have always been helpful, but I think they are overwhelmed.

The Dillon SC location has really gone down. The pharmacists are overwhelmed, the store itself is nothing I can review because I will not pay for overpriced items. Shopping area is always clean and tidy and the fairly new cashier Wendy is very helpful and knowledgeable about the whereabouts of items in the store

A very understanding and caring pharmacist. I have had the same pharmacist (Renada) for many years. Although services are highly demanding in the line of work, she has never overlooked, nor hesitated to inform me of my medications or answer any questions I have that have to do with them.

They closed store 30 minutes before closing time. It said they close at 9pm but they close 30 minutes before they shouldn't do that when someone need something.
