Only giving one star because I HAVE TO! The chinese lady eyed me and followed me in the store while I was trying to shop for what I needed. Ive spent plenty money here you delusional woman. I was undecided about some hair and she just sat there and watched me as if I was trying to steal. I felt harassed and observed like a a suspect ! Then when another customer called her up to the front she sent a girl to be a Watch dog towards me. I left the store and didnt purchased anything . Racist/biased at its BEST!!! They wanted a to put a store in the hood and hire a basic black girl but are prejuice.

I got to give credit where it is due. For years I never bothered checking out this beauty supply store until one day I stumbled in because I couldn't find anything worth purchasing from any other local hair stores. When I walked in I was blown away by their inventory, the organization, and the store's cleanliness. There is no way you can walk in this store and not find exactly what you are looking for.

I was visiting from South Texas.stop by the store with my daughter to pick up hair and it was so nice.The staff was friendly and helpful.I recommend this store to anyone visiting from out of town.Thank you Southern Beauty for your great hospitality and staff.Keep up the good work ladies.I will be back.

Wonderful store very pleasant atmosphere.The staff was friendly and helpful.This store had everything you need.I was visiting from South Texas and this store had things I never seen there.It's big clean and you can spend all day just looking.it's that good.Great work ladies i'll see you on my next visit.Thank you.
