“Incredibly responsive. Had an issue with my propane heated hot water system. Took my call at 7:30 AM. Palmetto called me again at 9:00 AM to let me know that technicians could stop by today. The technicians called me before coming to let me know they were 20 mins away. Fixed my hot water heater and then helped me with my fireplace. Great attitude and solicitous. On my speed dial if I ever need again.”
