“I rented the artist's cottage next door to the gallery. It was the quiet, peaceful and relaxing vacation I've had in years. The gallery was also amazing”

“Teresa was a life saver and delivered an out of the park flower spread for me to present my wife for our 10 year anniversary. The fact that she was in Tybee was a plus because I love shopping local. Will use again and glad to have a florist so close to us. She was personable as well. Lovely shop was a bonus.”

“Absolutely fell in love with this Gallery and the amazing stories told through handmade art! Featuring over 50 different artists from around the world, every piece of art and unique item in this shop is 100% handmade and absolutely breathtaking art pieces! Unfortunately I didn't catch the kind Lady's name who was running the Gallery but we had a great talk and I also shared some of my art with her! Found a piece I fell in love with there and definitely plan to give it a hone very soon!”

“The Red Piano Art Gallery is a great place in Bluffton, SC. Offering a compelling collection of curated sculptures and paintings, Ben and Lyn are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed visiting the gallery, and never felt pressure to purchase anything. Once home, we totally enjoyed our purchases, and look forward to visiting the gallery again.”

“Robert provides his technique and explains the whole process, so one understands how to get great results. He shows and explains why “direct light” is best and how a few degrees off will have a negative effect on the final image! Setup the photo, get low for special look, use the sunrise water reflections, and silhouette the bird in the sunrise! He is a wealth of information and I would highly recommend his workshop to anyone, that wants to take their photos to the next level!!!!Our classroom aspect had great explanations/photos to support the theory of how he takes a photo. I was amazed of the 10-30 things he is thinking about to setup the photo, while looking through the viewfinder! Don’t just take 20-30 photos of the bird, setup and watch for that “special photo!”The JPEG files looked like RAW files with his technique! Take the Workshop and you will not be disappointed! You will start a new chapter in your photography skills!!!! Two THUMBS ?”

“Lovely! I have a loved one who has been a bit down lately who also loves fragrance. They have absolutely beautiful floral soaps. Also, Ms. Paul’s is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll remember this spot next time I’m in town.”

“I found her in the Farmer's Market at The Shops in Sea Pines. She is amazing!! I love everything about her. Her personality was so colorful and she was vibrant as well. Even her toe nails were different colors. She draws your picture out of crayons and the result is so colorful and fun. It just makes you smile. It's such a refreshing change from the cartoon caricature drawings you see everywhere. I loved the picture of the drawing she had on her table. The girl was wearing a headband with a bow. I used to always wear headbands when I was younger so she gave me her red bow out of her hair to wear. Happy customer!!! You can go to her website and get your picture printed on anything you want...purses, shower curtains, pillow cases, etc. She does oil paintings as well. Definitely a must if you have children or if you are 27 and just love colors...”

“I love to visit Camellia Art Gallery in Old Town Bluffton. They always have interesting pieces of artwork displayed that are available to purchase. I have had several pieces of art framed and have been very pleased with the quality of workmanship. They maintain a nice selection of mouldings and mat boards and are helpful in a providing artistic assistance in making choices that complement the artwork. I would recommend Camellia Art Gallery as a fun place to visit as well as a great place to have some of your art framed.”

“Shawn is an amazing instructor, both in the knowledge that she brings to the class but also in her teaching style. This was a comment from my daughter about my third drawing attempt: [The sketch you've made with Shawn "is AMAZING!!!! I’d say you have come a long way from your engineering days!!! That other (right) brain is now working hard!!"]This class with Shawn has been a life changing event for me in my retirement.”

“I recently lost one of my favorite earrings which was purchased at Smith Galleries some years ago. I contacted the owner Wally Smith who gave me the information I need to contact the artist so that I can perhaps get a matching earring made. We no longer live on Hilton Head Island but when we lived there, my husband purchased several lovely pieces of jewelry for me from Smith Galleries. Their inventory of beautiful things is amazing. Everything is thoughtfully vetted and displayed. It is a pleasure to visit the shop and fall in love with something beautiful to take home. I think that this shop adds much value to the island and its art scene.Sigi Rutherford”

“Pluff Mudd has been around for 21 years and just keeps getting better! What I like is that: 1-it is all LOCAL ARTISTS, 2-the artwork is an eclectic collection that is always fresh and exciting, 3-because this is a co-op gallery, you're always sure to find an ARTIST ON DUTY! Meet the artists and buy local art.”
