This is a review of the pharmacy. We did a home Covid test and my daughter tested positive, but her work doesn’t accept this test as it “doesn’t have her name on it”. So I made an online appointment for a Covid test in the early afternoon at Walgreens. The appointment was 2 1/2 hours after scheduling online. We show up at the drive thru and pressed the button for service. We were met with a fairly rude message to wait. A little over 5 minutes later we were asked what we needed. I mentioned the Covid test appointment and were told all their tests had expired and that they were thinking about calling us to let us know. Really? A pharmacy that deals in lifesaving drugs cannot make sure they have valid tests? Or maybe walk 30 feet to get one off the shelf that they sell to customers. We called another Walgreens to ask about the test and they told us they had no tests either. I guess it doesn’t matter anymore if someone has Covid or not.

It's a good Wgreens except the pharmacy. The pharmacist will take off and not have back up sometimes. It seems to always happen on controlled prescription days that I have none left and then I have to go the day without. She has gotten better with having a backup over the past few months though.

I got what I wanted on this trip to Walgreens. Everyone was nice & I was able to be in & out there in a timely manner.

One star is to high for this place. I am very unhappy with the pharmacy. I have been trying for a week to get my son medicine. I called to get a refill because on the bottle it was time but I was told that they don’t go by the fill date that I have to wait 3 more days until I could get it. So I wait and call on Sunday around noon and a young man told me that the medicine will be ready Monday after noon so I go there at 1:00pm and I was told that it wasn’t ready and it can’t be fill until the 7st so I go up there on the 7st at 9:00am to learn that the pharmacy is close and won’t open until 1:00pm so one of the employees insured me that it was be ready and that she would personally fill it and text when it was ready. So I called at 1:30 and couldn’t get a answer then again at 2:00pm, 4:00pm, and 6:00pm but no answer. I finally get a answer at 6:30pm and the lady tell me that it will be in the morning. So it is now a week later for the first time I called trying to get my son’s medicine. I get a text Thursday the 8th that the medicine is ready so I drive up to the pharmacy to learn the pharmacy is closed for the day and won’t open back until Friday the 9th. So now I have to wait a see if they pharmacy will be open today and hopefully I can get my son’s medicine.THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY EVER AND THE PHARMACY STAFF ARE RUDE AND VERY UNEDUCATED. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER OR THEY HEALTH.

I had to cancel my appointment at the Walgreens in florence for my 2nd covid vac, and was rescheduled to come to this unprofessional Walgreens in Darlington! Sierrah waited on me, took my paper work and NEVER came back to me. Just walk away and started doing something else. When I demanded further assistance, the other sorry employee stated that he wasn't the one to help me. I told him I know he wasn't, but somebody could tell me something! Lord I'm so glad I don't live in Darlington and I do not have to come here ever again!!!

If there was a 5 star MINUS it still would not be enough to rate how sorry the Pharmacy is in Darlington, SC. I am not saying that all Pharmacy employees are awful. But most are rude, no mannersdisrespectful, and needs to be heldaccountable for their actions. I will no longer use them.

When I call for a refill they will let me know that it is ready and now I have it on the app the Walgreen app and I can do anything I want on the app I can shop all of my medicine get it delivered I like Walgreens

Went to store at 2pm and sign says they were closed for day. Might be time to find a drugstore that can maintain normal business hours!

If anyone on here uses Walgreens or know someone who takes there prescriptions to them.... please make sure you check what their giving you.... they was filling a prescription for mom that would have killed her if I would not have checked.... the one they was trying to give her was blood pressure meds that she was taken off of in 2019 and they changed it from that one to another..... so they was going to double up blood pressure med that could have slowed her heart rate tremendously......I called them and ask them what if it was someone who just takes what they have not knowing ( elderly people).or your mother....IM BEYOND PISSED!..... WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!
