This place is a joke. Not only the first issue on something in the past. They don't follow the state laws for storages either. They need to not have a public event if people are not allowed to bid on things or they threaten to call about trespassing. Next time they make a PUBLIC auction they need to include those who are NOT allowed on the property with the proper no trespass order. They never valued their long time customers there. I understand why they don't do these things on a weekday.

As a former manager , and the company has been sold over a year ago. We do everything by the book in Storage rental laws. People confuse certification letters with certified letters. By law we can mail certification letters thru the postal service. If a tenant moves or changes a number that is up to them to keep in contact with the company. The auction's is public, but in the notice that runs in the papers for 2 weeks states we have a right to remove the unit off the auction block or not sell it. We also have a right to remove people off the property that are causing a problem! We work with our customer when it was own by the previous owner. All storage business do not want to sell these units, we don't get back rent back. And we value all our customers, but when your behind and most ppl send a family member to buy that unit for nothing, yes we will stop you from bidding and pull the unit, we have that legal right.

Worst place ever I will never use them my grandmother using them and has been for years and still gets the run around she was late with her payment caught them up and the lady still took her sweet time removing the lock because she is never in the office

Great storage facility. There's 24 hour surveillance so I never haf to woory about my items being safe. The young lady that runs the place.is just awesome. Convenient location, just minutes from downtown. Lots of unit sizes to choose clean andsecure. They even supply heavy duty locks. Drop box for easy payment option. I would recommend this place.

Worst place ever to try and get ahold of. Also i paid my payment last month, then two weeks later my husband drove an hour to get something out of our storage building and when he got there it was doubled locked! Wasted time and gas because nobody would come and unlock it even though it was a mistake on their part! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
