This is the fourth time I have used Pee Dee Pet Cremation, and they were wonderful as always. Four stars isn't enough. They always handle my babies with love and care. They treat them like their own. They are always so kind to me as well. I will never use anywhere else as long as they are around.

Ashley was beyond wonderful in every way, arrived quickly and showed such kindness and compassion during a very difficult time. I would absolutely recommend her to handle anything, even in the most challenging circumstances.

I cannot thank Charles and Ashley enough for the compassion and amazing service they offered my wife and I after our sweet boy Boone passed away on Christmas night. They answered my call and gave me direction when I did not know what to do and could not think straight. You are absolutely amazing, thank you for what you do.

I lost my baby Dec 1st. And when I say words cannot express how THANKFUL we were to find PeeDee Pet Cremation. The fact that they offer 24/7 service makes them all the better. Charles was so patient and understanding through my tears, when I texted and called after 11pm that night. In less than 12hrs we had an appt. And Ashley who was on call was so amazing in helping us understand the process and showing us the different options. She was very patient with me when I attempted to get my own plaster paw print, even when it didn’t turn out how I wanted. I can’t thank them enough for allowing us the chance to have our babygirl back inside with us.

I would most definitely recommend Pee Dee Pet Cremation to anyone looking for the services that they offer. Ashley was great to deal with as she showed so much compassion during this extremely tough time. She was professional and picked up my sweet Grayson very soon after they were notified of his passing. It was difficult to say goodbye to my best friend, buddy, and companion for the past 12 years he was on this earth. He is in a better place now, even though the greedy me wants him here by my side as I type this. I am pleased at how Ashley oversaw such a delicate situation for me, and I cannot thank her enough. Five stars to her and everyone who participated in Grayson’s care.

I cannot say enough about these wonderful people. After 16 years, I had to say goodbye to my best pal. Kathy called me as soon as he was in her care, and assured me that the second he got to her, he became her pet, too. She also reassured me that she and her husband are the only ones who handle your loved ones, which brought me peace. Kathy was in constant communication, making sure everything was done quickly and exactly how we wanted it. The sympathy she showed me regarding my sweet boy helped me greatly in my time of pain. Thank you so, so much, Kathy, for taking good care of my angel. “Until we meet again at the rainbow bridge.” ❤️

Two weeks ago we lost the last of our babies. She lived a long fun filled life. 26 years is a long time to give lots of love to her humans. She put up a good fight until the end. Thanks to Kathy and Sammy at Pee Dee Pet Cremation for taking care of our baby girl. The house is so quiet now. She is in the fields running and playing with Phoebe and George now. We will always miss y’all so much.
