I needed a battery for my keyless remote. O'Reilly's didn't have the battery in stock so they nice guy told me to go to Walmart get one he'll put it in for me. I went back to O'Reilly's the guy did what he said he was going to do. Thank you O'Reilly's for helping me out.

This O'Reillys in Darlington SC is the worst incompetent unhelpful bunch of folks that don't do anything but tell you what they can't do. I have alot of followers on my reviews so please stay far away from this location as they will NOT be a help to you!

I brought a battery last year, a bad battery at that went to check on it and I'm not in the system for purchasing a battery, I'm like how when she clearly stated that it's one of there battery, and they put the battery in the car, so they scammed me out of my money, how does your battery goes bad after 11 months, smh

Just called 4:50 p.m. Sunday October 22nd, spoke to someone named Leia I think she said, she acted as if she didn't want to answer questions, talking all slow and stuff. Need to be more nicer and pleasant. She wasn't rude, it was just her tone as if she doesn't want to be there. Overall I'll still shop at O'Reilly

People working there didn't want to look up what I needed. I had to do there job for them and Google it and show them a picture of the item I needed. I'm not a electrician,therefore I don't do electrical work. You don't like your job find a different one. Cause the people that work there don't know about auto parts and shouldn't work there
