Customer service is greatly lacking. The only visible associate didn't even attempt to help me. My Mil ordered diapers online so she had no receipt for me. We've started potty training so I wanted to exchange the diapers for pullups for my toddler. The cashier said they don't do store credit or exchanges

today i visited cvs and my the cashier working name was marilyn she was sweet and explained everything she checked the date on my oreos and said “ok august we just started august it’s the 4th all the expired dates are 24” on the oreos they are 23 august 31,2023 the cookies are stale & she lied

I get prescribed medication EVERY month. My Dr sends in my prescription 5 days before it's time to fill. EVERY month CVS will wait until the day I'm supposed to get my meds to find out they don't have it in stock. Every month I'm missing 3-4 days of taking my medication bc I'm having to wait for it to come in. . I've been taking this medicine for years so my body is use to having it and when I don't have it my body doesn't function properly. The staff doesn't seem to care nor show ANY type of concern.

I was prescribed antibiotics to get rid of infection but I couldn't get my medication because the pharmacy was closed due to scheduling issues??? Get it together people!

I went to my doctor because of asthma and 3 prescriptions were called into CVS Darlington. I called CVS because I wanted those prescriptions today to start. The recording told me all were ready except for one, which was my cough medicine needed to help with my asthma, would not be ready until Friday and today is Wednesday. I held on to speak w/the pharmacy. I held for 30 minutes and then I just was disconnected from the call. Being upset I got in my car, went inside of CVS. I told them about my call was dropped and I was told I'm in training I only work the cash register. Wow! I then asked since my cough medicine was not in stock tell me how I can transfer that prescription to Walmart. All of a sudden one girl came up and said hold on I believe I can fill the prescription. This shocked me because if I would not have come in and ask the question I would have been without my medicine until Friday and you had the medicine in stock. People I have asthma and need this medicine. Well I could not believe it and they treated me like it was no big deal. I see why they are rated a 1.8. I'm so disappointed with the service of this Darlington location of CVS. Poor customer service and you are supposed to be there for sick people. Unsatisfied customer of CVS Darlington!!! I don't really want to give a 1 star.

Had surgery and my doctor called my prescriptions in. He says anesthesia will wear off in 2 hours make sure to take med asap. Go to CVS they tell me possibly 3 hours maybe more " cause I'm about to go to lunch". I actually came back after lunch.....no prescription..I was in excruciating pain and CVS said " we're trying to get to it".Today was my last....I'm changing pharmacies.

Will not fill a prescription the Dr calls in keeps saying we can order what was called in first here it is month & 1/2 later still can't order it been waiting on the phone for almost 2hrs before anyone would pick up! Really needs to shut this store down!!!!!

Sick and told that the register closes down at 8 when it clearly states the pharmacy don't shut down until 9pm half the staff will watch the phone ring with no care in the world they are rude.

If I could give this negative starts I would. The employees are rude!! I mean roll their eyes at you when they don't do their jobs. They NEVER have my prescription in stock amd always have an excuse. Needless to say I will never go there again and I would recommend they either fire everyone and hire competent employees or just close.

The ABSOLUTE worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They don’t know what I’m the world they are doing it seems like. I highly recommend never using this pharmacy.

I called about new meds called in for my mom after discharge from stroke rehab. Stay on hold for nearly and hour before someone in the pharmacy picked up. Someone with an accent and an attitude finally picked up. He seemed to be annoyed that I called and when I asked if the meds were called in and ready. He didn’t answer but proceeded to tell me what I could get over the counter. When I inquired as to when one prescription would be ready he said they would have to check with insurance. I asked how long it would take he rudely told me I was not listening, I was listening but I needed to know when there would be an answer.I would have given NO ⭐️ if I could!
