The gentleman who answered the phone was unable to help my friend. She's been a customer for 15 years, and he couldn't find her in the system. He didn't try to call her old CVS in New York to help her. What she needed was not drugs, it was a special inhaler for COPD patients. Very disappointed.

Customer service is greatly lacking. The only visible associate didn't even attempt to help me. My Mil ordered diapers online so she had no receipt for me. We've started potty training so I wanted to exchange the diapers for pullups for my toddler. The cashier said they don't do store credit or exchanges
