The staff is friendly. The hours are not convenient for someone who has a busy work schedule. There have been numerous times I’ve been caught in Charleston traffic and running a FEW minutes late and I’ve called when I’m on my way to ask if that was going to be okay, and then get there to find the doors locked and I can’t get my dog until the next day. If the staff would be honest and tell you don’t bother coming that would be fine, but they act like it’s fine and then leave as soon as it turns 6:30 without notice, which is not acceptable.

In the Dog House took wonderful care of our two dogs for the full week of Thanksgiving. They definitely really care about the pets. They posted pictures so I could see how they were doing and were even patient with me when I called in to check on them. I would definitely recommend them!

We can’t say enough great things about In The Doghouse. We recently moved here and were worried about finding a place Roxie to go for socialization. When we walk in to drop Roxie she is thrilled to be there and Abby, Stacy and the whole staff is amazing and so loving.

I can’t recommend In The Dog House enough. Not only is it a great place with great staff, but the prices and deals they offer really make it worth it if you need a place for your dog while you are working. They were not only very helpful with me, but they really helped my puppy adjust to being there. They have a temperament test for all dogs so you don’t have much to worry about other aggressive dogs being there. They also do cool seasonal things for your dog you can sign them up for. Yesterday, they had some Halloween themed activity.Finally, one of the biggest things for me choosing In The Dog House over other places in the area is that they don’t force you to get your dog neutered at 6 or 7 months. My puppy is a larger dog breed and vets told me it isn’t healthy for him to be neutered until a year old without potential health complications. With In The Dog House they didn’t force me to choose between daycare or the health of my puppy.

In the dog house is amazing! Was a very worried mom when dropping my puppy off for day care the first time but they made me feel very comfortable leaving her there. She had so much fun and was exhausted when I picked her up! So glad she can boost her confidence and socialize. Y'all are great!!

Our dog, Buzz (Boykin Spaniel), absolutely loves this place. The last daycare we went to, you could tell Buzz couldn't stand it and dreaded it. Everyone who works at In The Dog House are SUPER friendly and genuinely love dogs. You can just tell every dog is so special to them as if it's their own. Sometimes I feel like Buzz and the employees have inside jokes and I feel left out on the fun! I also like that Buzz doesn't come home smelling like trash - He would always come back smelling like cleaning products at the old place. In The Dog House also offers a variety of individual play time / cuddles which I like to pay for when we board him. I think Buzz really appreciates the extra attention. Pricing is reasonably priced and they do fun theme days. I highly recommend this dodgy daycare. Attached, I've provided pictures of Buzz having the time of his life at In The Dog House.

Staff is friendly and professional, you can tell they love their job and they love the dogs! The process are comparatively cheaper than other dog boarders/day cares in the area. If they have availability they're very accommodating to walk-ins or last minute boarding. The Facebook page showing all the dogs playing is just so cute, and such peace of mind. My dog loves it here, can't recommend it enough!

In the Doghouse has been the best thing for my rescue pup. He wasn’t treated well before I met him and is generally wary of people, but he loves the staff at In the Doghouse - he is relaxed, excited, and wags his tail when he sees them in the morning. I trust them completely. I like that they are strict about their policies. I know my dog is safe and receiving topnotch care - and having fun! I am so grateful that we found such a wonderful place.

Absolutely amazing, the staff here really cares about the pups. They know how to accommodate for my high energy dog and he gets all his wiggles out during daycare. One of the best Doggy Daycare places around!

Mia, our 12 year old German shepherd, seem to be so relaxed and happy when she came home from a week at in the dog house. Mia has had a hearing loss but the Personnel at in the dog house have been so wonderful acknowledging that she has a problem and making her feel so comfortable and part of the group. Thank you so much.

Our dog Pinckney is always so excited to visit the DogHouse. He starts to get excited as soon as we pack his travel bag. By the time we make the last turn on the road headed to the doghouse, he starts whimpering and wiggling with excitement. We pull in to a parking spot and he begins parking and is ready to go. Typically drags me all the way to the front door. Then we are always greeted by smiling faces that are happy to see him and know him by name. So thankful to find a place that our dog looks forward to going to when we need him to have a second home for a bit!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We called ahead and booked a stay for our dogs, and planned our whole day around not having the dogs around. The dogs are great, don't get me wrong, but a day in the city is a whole lot easier without them, especially during a road trip. We were inconveniently informed THE DAY OF that they "did not have any space available." Unbelievable. I am disgusted and horrified. In The Dog House, you're in the dog house. We came here for grooming when we heard our favorite groomer, Staci, moved here. Staci is seriously incredible at grooming our Goldendoodle!! We’ve never been disappointed with her work. She really is the Doodle-Whisperer ?
