Unreliable hours, open very briefly, working any normal schedule it's almost impossible to ever get your packages. They used to be open on weekends, but now that's not even an option. I don't really see the point of having a local post office if you can never get your mail unless someone else with bizarre hours or a day off can do it for you.

Where do I begin?! Packages always “not there” when the tracking number say that they are at the post office. Packages are also being left in my relatives mailboxes. When I ask for an explanation, none can be provided except to ask the people in my household have they picked up a package. Poor customer service on several occasions.
