So this is my new Walmart and I couldn't be happier. The staff are so friendly and helpful - I felt it was a seamless transition from my previous Walmart due to the customer care and assistance from the staff. I've been here three times mow and always greeted with a smile and generously helped finding things in this new-to-me store. Very happy about this place!!!

The pick up orders is on point and they are so nice. Totally rather deal with the pick up employees than the rude ones that work the whole store. Just my opinion but the last cpl years my experiences at that Walmart hasn't been like it used to be.

So satisfied with my order! I love choosing the Walmart pickup... All of my items were in, I always have such hard working folks bringing my big orders out and God bless them for picking up my heavy water and dog food items that I cannot. I'm grateful for your job well done today. Thank you

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCE!!! ….employees not only block isles to stock… but they stop and chit chat with each other and block both side and when you ask for assistance they act like you are bothering them….they are rude !! with the fewest words as possible to be of assistance! and in fact will even look the other way to assist…. I have been at least 6x plus in a month… and it is like this Every Time!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is the Worst location of employees!! It’s not Walmart! I tell Everyone go to any Walmart but this one!

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time that I have had to cancel a pickup from this Walmart because I’ve waited over an hour for my order. Each time, I’ve canceled and gone inside to grab the items in less than 30 minutes. I don’t understand why they never have my order ready and I have to wait a week for my money back. I understand everyone is short staffed, but I literally watch them bring out at least 5 other people’s orders who pull in after me every time. The app shows that I am checked in. I told them my name multiple times and they said it was going to be right out and then nothing.

Ladies at customer service were great, (Courtney, Patrice and Melissa!) Service was very quick and easy. The guy who directed me to the website was also super helpful and sweet :)

Spent almost an hour in line. For some reason they only have 4 self check out lines and 1 is cash only. They also only have 2 lanes open. I've never seen such a poor setup in all the walmarts I have been in.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I ordered a swing set online. Only 1 of 2 boxes was delivered. I have been dealing with the online people for 2 weeks trying to get this returned. They keep scheduling pickups but never show up. I called the Conway store twice, one man who identified himself as Mike a manager took my information and said he would call me back, but never did. The second time I called to ask if I could just bring the box in to do the return. I was told no I have to continue dealing with their "vendor." This is the most frustrating experience I've ever had and I will never make a large purchase item from Walmart again.

The absolute SWEETEST experience at the Conway Walmart tonight. The cashier Lisa gave my niece $5 because it was her birthday recently. She is definitely a keeper and should absolutely be recognized for how nice and polite she is. Hands down best cashier I've had at this Walmart.

This store is the busiest Wal Mart in my country. The staff is generally nice and helpful. The shelves get filled quickly when shipments get there. I appreciate their pharmacy. They are quick to fill prescriptions and staff is friendly.

They take the front sixteen spots plus a spot for law enforcement that is not needed because law-enforcement parks on the sidewalk but the first 16 spots are orders placed online what about the people that do not go online I need to shop and have a hard time getting around they have to walk further than the employees that are delivering food to cars for people that shop online but people like myself has the park all the way in the back of the parking lot that is ridiculous so the employees don’t have to walk out to the back of the lot

Probably one of the cleanest I've ever been in. Self serve checkout was 20 pp long. I was in li e for 20 mins. I guess this is the new norm? Well stocked and I found everything I needed.

Visited the Vision Center for an eye exam and was very happy with their service. They took the time to explain the procedures and the results. Very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful experience, was a tad busy when we were there but an extremely friendly and hard working lady named Jackie was at the self check out area. She greeted everyone with a smile and great direction. Kept everyone moving quickly and kept everyone happy.

Ran in to get a few items on our way out of town. Had everything I was looking for. This is a very large store and is well stocked. The restrooms were clean which is not the case in most Walmarts. I would definitely recommend shopping here.
