This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They lie, are rude, and talk crap about you while you are sitting right there looking at them. I called at 10:40 am to have my sons prescription filled, told them they would have to pull it because it was sent to the Walgreens in Georgetown but Georgetown was out of stock. This was the only Walgreens of 4 that I called that had this medication in stock. I was told at 10:40 that it would be ready in an hour and half, so should have been ready when I arrived at 1:20, it was not ready and I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I came back about an hour later and it was still not ready even after I called again to see if it was ready. I was put on hold, I walked to the pharmacy and they tech called me back, I told her I could see her and hear her. She proceeded to tell me that my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, again not listening to anything that I said from the very beginning, then once I hung up she began to talk trash about me but refused to come to the counter when I pointed out that I was right there and could hear and see her. It’s a good thing my child wasn’t going to die waiting on this medication but if they treat everyone like this, then I’m sure they are responsible for some major health issues if not deaths of patients because they could care less if they fill a prescription. The pharmacist and manager were all right there the entire time. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Walgreeens. This Walgreens is at 1601 Church St in Conway, SC. I called at 10:40 am requesting to fill my sons antibiotic but they would need to transfer the prescription from the Georgetown location as they were all out of stock. I was informed that it would be ready in an hour and a half. I did not arrive to the store until 1:30 pm so amble time to have it ready. I was then told it wasn't ready yet that it would be another 15-20 minutes. I came back an hour later, called the pharmacy from the parking lot and it was still not ready and they hadn't even pulled the prescription yet. I then went inside, while the pharmacy tech called me back, I could see and hear her, as she proceeded to talk badly about me and complain about the situation that they screwed up. I wouldn't rely on Walgreens for a dying family member because it's obvious Walgreen doesn't care about anyone.

The first employee helped us worked the machine. The second younger girl started out ok,but didn't finished the job. As I was helping my husband cancel some of the pictures on his phone, the younger girl left. She only had to put the picture in the envelope. We watched close to a half hour for her to come back. Then this young boy came by I asked him wher did the girl go. He mumble something and worked the rest of the order. Which was putting the pictures in the envelope and we payed for them there. He talked so low I could not hear him. I have good hearing. This was not a good experience.

Prints were not ready. Order was not ready, but young man accommodated me and I didn't have to pay for the prints that were free in the first place. I was very appreciative. Thank you for your great customer service.

8/16/22I was a bit disappointed when I opened the prints and saw where one of the subjects top part of the head was cropped off. I didn't take them back like I should've.I hope that the next time I use this service the prints will be better.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Been here for an hour when arriving on time for a pick up to watch every single person be rudely told by the manager that their system is wrong and they can not do anything about it. The manager is pretentious, rude and condescending. I will never get a prescription filled here again as it's always a slow, unorganized, low brain activity affair.

So disappointed in the pharmacy, specifically the pharmacy manager. She was repeatedly rude and dismissive. In a time when there are so many choices for pharmacy needs I would expect better customer service. I work in retail and would never talk to my customers the way I was talked to. I'm addition, the store is filthy.

I am so sick and tired of being treated so poorly by a store. The staff is slow and uncaring. The staff changes all the time and seem to be untrained. Lied to many times, for example - the last time it they told me they would take an hour to fill my prescription because of all the waiters when I was the only person there. This time they screwed up and I had already waited on line 1 hour! Only when I said I would not move my car did they help and amazingly ready in 5 minutes. Terrible store, terrible service. Don't go here if you have any options at all. You will be treated like dirt.

I've been in the drive thru line for 40 mins for just one car to move. It is ridiculous how slow the drive thru is. Hope you have plenty of time when picking up medicine here. At least the staff is friendly whenever you finally make it to the window.

What once use to be a great pharmacy has went down hill! It has literally taking me 2 hours and three drive around just to get my dads medicine that was supposed to be ready in 30 mins!!

I went to the Walgreens pharmacy in Conway To get a prescription filled And to my surprise the prescription was $40 for 30 pills my doctor said IT should have ONLY HAVE been $10 then to my surprise they didn't take my VA card which the VA said Walgreens SHOULD HAVE taken. So then I went back to my doctor and told him and he sold me a prescription of 100 pills for only $10 so oh what's up Walgreens

Something has happened here to this once great location …id drive here and pickup my wifes prescriptions as its near our home and my office ….the pharmacy staff are rude and callous its unbelievable to me how you stay in business …I actually drive to Carolina Forest glady to get a friendly smile and my wife's medicine

I ordered my refills on the app. Paid on the app. Was charged again when I picked them up at the drive-thru, even though I reminded them they were already paid for. Cannot reach anyone at the Customer Service Dept. after multiple tries (hangs up on me after 45 minutes on hold) and the store tells me they cannot issue a refund. Very frustrating.
