Called to see if they carried a certain antibiotic that I needed. Was on hold for over an hour being told someone would be with me shortly that there was one caller ahead of me. After an hour and fifteen minutes finally gave up.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. They lie, are rude, and talk crap about you while you are sitting right there looking at them. I called at 10:40 am to have my sons prescription filled, told them they would have to pull it because it was sent to the Walgreens in Georgetown but Georgetown was out of stock. This was the only Walgreens of 4 that I called that had this medication in stock. I was told at 10:40 that it would be ready in an hour and half, so should have been ready when I arrived at 1:20, it was not ready and I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I came back about an hour later and it was still not ready even after I called again to see if it was ready. I was put on hold, I walked to the pharmacy and they tech called me back, I told her I could see her and hear her. She proceeded to tell me that my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, again not listening to anything that I said from the very beginning, then once I hung up she began to talk trash about me but refused to come to the counter when I pointed out that I was right there and could hear and see her. It’s a good thing my child wasn’t going to die waiting on this medication but if they treat everyone like this, then I’m sure they are responsible for some major health issues if not deaths of patients because they could care less if they fill a prescription. The pharmacist and manager were all right there the entire time. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

By far the worst experience I've ever had at a Walgreeens. This Walgreens is at 1601 Church St in Conway, SC. I called at 10:40 am requesting to fill my sons antibiotic but they would need to transfer the prescription from the Georgetown location as they were all out of stock. I was informed that it would be ready in an hour and a half. I did not arrive to the store until 1:30 pm so amble time to have it ready. I was then told it wasn't ready yet that it would be another 15-20 minutes. I came back an hour later, called the pharmacy from the parking lot and it was still not ready and they hadn't even pulled the prescription yet. I then went inside, while the pharmacy tech called me back, I could see and hear her, as she proceeded to talk badly about me and complain about the situation that they screwed up. I wouldn't rely on Walgreens for a dying family member because it's obvious Walgreen doesn't care about anyone.

I'm not sure how they can have your prescription 8 days b4 it's due and still not have it filled a week after the due date. Someone needs to step in and help this place. They have some serious issues in this location. Best advice is go somewhere else. I'm looking into switching to a different store as soon as my next dr appointment. Wish I could have left 0 stars they are that bad.

Cannot be worse. Moved here about 18 months ago and tried to transfer.. it's been the worst I've ever experienced. Time to find a new pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. Been here for an hour when arriving on time for a pick up to watch every single person be rudely told by the manager that their system is wrong and they can not do anything about it. The manager is pretentious, rude and condescending. I will never get a prescription filled here again as it's always a slow, unorganized, low brain activity affair.

So disappointed in the pharmacy, specifically the pharmacy manager. She was repeatedly rude and dismissive. In a time when there are so many choices for pharmacy needs I would expect better customer service. I work in retail and would never talk to my customers the way I was talked to. I'm addition, the store is filthy.

I'm almost surprised and want to give five stars for the last 3 visits. but this pharmacy has been very bad in the past few years that I'm afraid my opinion will change if I go at the wrong time. I'm almost sure they replaced the crew and manager of the pharmacy and that's why the service has been better but not sure. I sure hope they did and they got a new manager because of all the complaints. Fingers crossed ?

Pharmacy is not taking calls 24 hr. pharmacy is closed intermittently opening via drive-thru only. Speaking with corporate office, pharmacy is "too busy" is the explanation. Not everyone drives to see when they are actually open, website acct says to contact pharmacist. Unreliable for people that depend on medications to survive.
