I have to say that Trey from the Conway, SC store is the best. He has gone above and way beyond in helping me set up my two phones. There were issues and he stayed on it until it was resolved. Thank you Trey

Alex was very knowledgeable and we were not sure have long we have been with Verizon. She pop up and said 21 years. We were surprised and pleased with all 21 years.

Great experience from start to finish. Trey was excellent. He answered all our questions and explained everything to us and made sure we understood what he told us. Picked this location, Conway, SC as it got the best reviews over other Verizon stores in the Myrtle Beach area.Thnx Trey! You hit it out of the park!

Got a new phone from the Apple store, snd I couldn't get my voicemails, so I went to the Verizon store to have my phone looked at, since apple instructed me to go to the Verizon store on that matter. I went at like 5pm, which was at the end of the day, and there was no wait in the store, but also the staff was very friendly and helpful on my matter. They have also properly solved my problem. I walked in with no appointment. I also got my products that I needed at the same phone that can go with my new device.

The staff could not handle a simple curbside pickup. My truck was too large for the pick up spots so could not allow 4 ft of truck to stick out. Had to call Verizon on the phone to get assistance. After 58 minutes I still had to walk in a put up with a very sarcastic blonde female. The gentleman that originally came out to the truck appeared to be unable to do his job so passed it off to her. Her attitude would freeze ice in Alaska.I will be following up with corporate because I still believe in Verizon. It is ashame that these people represent and make Verizon look bad

I came up here to Verizon in Conway with an issue with my phone.I met with a sales representative by the name of Alex she was very professional and within a few minutes had my phone's fixed. I asked her how she was able to do it and she showed me what she had done for future references. the whole time being patient with me to show me the right way. I would very highly recommend this store and will be coming back for all my phone needs thank you.
