Stopped by to drop off a return to Amazon. I was told I had to buy something to ship very small package in. I stated last time, roughly 2 weeks ago, I offered to do so, for same exact type box, and was told I did not need to do purchase anything. I dropped it off. Today I was told if I was going to let $1.35 or so stop me from shipping the item that I could go somewhere else. I said ok and left. I will be calling corporate.I normally do not have issues here, but this was bad.

Not a very organized store...customer traffic flow was horrible. About 4 or 5 active employees were working but the experience was lacking customer service still... One rude lady was trying to help 2 or 3 people at the same time all while yelling back and forth with another associate on the phone in the back of the store. 2stars because the store was busy and the employee who eventually helped me was nice enough... wont be back to this particular site.

The Staff at the UPS store was amazing! We had a miscommunication and although the mistake was partially my fault the staff was super understanding and resolved my problem fast! Thank You for your kindness and customer Service!

Today's visit was awesome. The guy working needs a raise or bonus. I was in and out, so fast. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and nice! Price was cheaper than I expected to ship my package. He knew what I wanted and helped me get it done fast without trying to sell me something I didn't want or need.

Mail boxes are to expensive. Parking is a problem sometimes. Since the new owners took over, they immediately raised the prices long before inflation occurred. The new owners are not friendly.

Three stars because the store was great but the manager and owner need to have a serious talk with their employees. I went in and was the only customer in the store. No hello can I help you just a glare as if to say why are you here your making me work. No smile no thank you!!! Plus there was a young man and woman who was talking very loudly and laughing loudly behind the counter like no one was in the store but them. Very very unprofessional place.

Stops notary work at 4. UPS seems to tell you they stop on the hour before you arrived. We have been told 6 and 5 and now 4. I do think the guy handling sending return packages seemed to be very nice and helpful to the people in line which is the reason for the 3 stars. At the very least all UPS stores should at least post their notary hours out front so you don’t wait in line and so it won’t appear that they just give you random times that they stop notarizing docs. The notary service is very helpful if you can ever figure out the timing.

My cell phone is broken. I just moved to Conway. I have two returns with no labels. I was told they couldnt help me. I called Ups, Myrtle Beach, SC on 38TH and they told me what to do and email them my email and they would print my label. Thank you UPS, 1229 38th Ave, Myrtle Beach, SC for you help.
