The poor manager was by himself but he took care of every one as quickly and efficiently as he could, given that it was as busy as it was.

Checked in online but still had to wait for service. Only one employee available to help. After 20 minutes of waiting, we got a pick up truck to pick up a piece of furniture. The truck only had 5k miles and was in good shape. It wasn't vacuumed out from the previous renter. Truck ran great. Returned the truck at 5:50, the place was already closed up even though their hours were listed until 6:00pm.
