Please use one of the many other towing services in the area! PLEASE! The staff and apparently the owners are seriously cruel people. My friend feeds feral cats there. There were 11 kittens continuously at this location. One day, all were gone, and a staff member approached my friend with a snide remark about the kittens when she arrived to feed them. Please do not support this business which is ran by hateful and cold hearted individuals!

Great service from dispatch to drop off! They were able to get my sons truck from the shop to my home in less than 2 hours of calling them. Al was so friendly and did a great job. Both the pickup and the drop-off locations were very tight and not easy to navigate with a large tow truck but he made it happen. Thanks Twilight!

Needed a tow and the fella who answered the phone was a great guy and very helpful and then when the driver arrived he helped me out and on the way to where I needed my truck dropped off at I got the chance to speak with the driver who’s name is Bob. Bob is a great guy and awesome conversationalist and turned this usually bitter moment into a not so bitter experience. Will definitely call them again when I need help!

Had them pickup my car and gave them the address to drop it off at with the shops name and everything. Somehow my car was given to someone random because when I called the business that they gave my car to..the guy seemed confused and acted like he had no idea where my car was. So now I have no idea where my car is. If that’s the case, I’d would have been better off just leaving it stranded somewhere.Service: Car towing

Sisters car broke down called twilight towing , Drivers name was Hersey nice guy pleasure to deal with. Ask for Hersey if u need a tow. Can't say enough good about the guy.

My daughter broke down on the way back from the beach on a Saturday. I was 3.5 hours away and most mechanics were closed around there. I called Twilight and the woman on the phone found a place that was open and lined it up for us. Bob picked up the truck and my daughter and friend and took them to the mechanic in no time.
