“Pros-This was my first time at Blacks Tire. I don’t know if they do appointments but I was a walk-in on a Saturday morning. The staff was professional the place was clean. They took care of my problem in the time given and was very informative about my options.
No cons at all…. Well, a drink/snack machine would be great! I just love snacking. LOL! They may have one and I didn’t see them.”

“Second time here. First was last year with a nail in the tire. Went to 2 other places in Conway who would not fix due to nail being too close to sidewall.... Neither would do plugs. One suggested Martin's, I stopped in and was taken care of right away, plugged tire, still good to this day.
Today I stopped in with a screw in tire, checked it right away... Luckily the screw didn't penetrate, no charge, but I did tip the gentleman. I asked if I could make an appointment for an oil change, and they offered to take me right in!
Highly recommend Martin's for any of your automotive needs. Fast, Friendly, Professional!”

“I dropped off my Malibu with them to check out a hard pull to the right. I received a call that my tie rod end was worn out on the right side. They ordered me a new one from Chevrolet and replaced it and did an alignment. Very honest, didn't over sell me, and the car is right again. Thanks!!”

“I’ve been getting my car serviced at this Firestone since I moved to the area 3 years ago. My last 2 visits have been the most inconvenient for me but the crew at this Firestone have made sure I was taken care of and gotten me back on the road in no time! When I had to catch a flight in Charleston with 3 hours to spare (including the 2hr drive) Josh fixed my flat in under 20 mins and made sure I was on the road to make my flight in time and I did!! Last week when my battery died on me after the 4th I took it in and while I waited for a new battery to be delivered the crew knocked out an oil change and two new tires for me all in the same day! Even when an issue occurred on their end, they handled it to the best of their abilities and again Josh made sure it was taken care of even on his day off! I won’t take my car anywhere else in the area except this Firestone because of the crew here, they’re hardworking and take their time to make sure their customers and their cars are taken care of and in the best shape before putting them back in the road.”
