Ok for one I hate having an attendant want to use the kiosk and swipe my card. I'm an adult I don't need that and don't want your sales pitch.
Second my daughter was just turned away for the excuse it rained so the car wash was only open to members after raining?!?! Seriously? That's a shit business practice, but fine we'll go elsewhere and give money to your competitor

Best car wash ever! I was with Zips for years and unsatisfied. One wash from Tidal Wave and I immediately switched all of my vehicles over to here!! They have a my business for many years to come. Thank you!

Great place for vacuuming or a quick wipe or to wash a white car. Took my brand new (2011) black car to get a wash, parked afterward to go over it, and there are a ton of micro scratches all over. As if I used a worn down sponge's rough side. Even the windows have some noticeable ones. Hoping I can buff them out myself.

Truck looks brand new everytime I run it through. I love being able to vacuum and clean windows as well.

Was greeted, given instructions when I tunnel, restroom clean, property well maintained. I received a great carwash. It's great to have so many locations where I travel.

Joe met me at the pricing terminal and explained the plans in detail and helped me pick the best option. Professional service and attention to detail makes this the best wash around. My truck looks like it came off the showroom floor. I ended up getting an unlimited membership and couldn’t be happier. Thanks

My family and I are very pleased with the Conway location. We have a subscription, and take our 3 vehicles there almost weekly to be be cleaned.
The location is always clean and the staff is professional and efficient. They always have plenty of towels and cleaning solution if extra is needed. Equipment is always functioning and easy to use.
Management should be proud of he team they have at this location.

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is amazing. Our car looks brand new when we leave. Everyone working there are polite and professional. We started with a monthly plan and recently switched to a yearly plan.
