“I purchased a pair of Brooks sneakers in November 2025 from this locally owned store. A few months later one of the sneakers was wearing out on the outside cloth area. I brought this issue to Daniel, the store owner on 1-5-26. He assessed the defect in this sneaker, and ordered me a replacement pair at no extra cost to me! I received my new pair on 1-9-26!! The personal and professional service at this store is second to none. You don't get this at the national big box stores, period! Thank you Daniel, and your staff that I have dealt with.
