I brought a large check from my divorce in and wanted to cash it so I could deposit it in my bank without holds. Also, the last large check from my ex-wife's attorney Margaret Evans bounced, so I didn't want to risk going through that fiasco again.The teller saw I was anxious and was so nice to me. The manager and I talked about her fabulous hair and all the ladies were joking and smiling with me before I left.They heard and understood my concerns and went above and beyond to get me the large amount of cash I was requesting. I'm actually debating opening an account there now.Thank you so much, everyone, for being so kind to me straight from my divorce proceedings and turning my frown upside down. I truly appreciate it more than you'll ever know.

Pam is wonderful!! This bank is always so prompt and fast when I have any issues or need to get something done. Pam is always so helpful and I always look forward to her help, she is the best!

Worst Banking experience ever. If you have your money here, take it out soon. They do no have good customer service and their app is obsolete.

Absolutely horrible service. I’ve been a long time customer and yet when I had a transaction that required the manager we were told he was not in and to come back the following day. The next day we were told that he was going to be in training and we could sit and wait until he was done or he checked his email and saw were she emailed that we were there. We finally had to give up and just go to another bank.

ATM gave me a ripped 20 dollar bill. Went inside with stub and all they said is they're was nothing they could do. So my own bank shorted me $20

I have been setting in line over 45 minutes to make a deposit , which is ridiculously crazy. you all need to get faster drive thru tellers or open office up, cause if you don't you are going to loss business. We can go to grocery store but we can't go into bank and do business. Stupid thing I have ever heard.

Potential home buyer BEWARE! The VP, Scott Tripp has no clue what he is doing. He took FIVE months closing on my home loan! There were ZERO complications. Credit score was 800+. It was very simple, and the real estate attorney involved was quite perplexed. He did TWO hard pulls which affected my credit score and is still present today. Mr. Tripp failed to respond to calls or emails from all parties. Often times I would have to just 'show up' to get an explanation. It FINALLY took me reaching out to the Regional Manager to get my loan closed. The DM was so irritated himself, that he instructed Mr. Tripp to keep me updated on a daily basis. Just go across the street to Bank of America.
