“Marlo is great!!!!!. Great personality and so easy to get along with. First met her in August 2024 when we moved into storage in Conway. She went out of her way to help us out on that Sunday when she was off. Even rented us out another storage building late that night cause we ran out of units. I recommend anyone looking for storage rentals to contact her.Storage Rentals should be very fortunate to have a valuable person as Marlo to run a location.”

“This place is great. The rates are unbelievably low (60 for a 10x10 unit!). they require a deposit but you get that back when you leave. CASH, CHECK, or MONEY ORDER only. The owners are super nice. Units are fine...a bit run down but the price is right.”

The local Conway location on Allied Rd. were very friendly and attentive to our immediate needs and not giving excuses like home office did. I rated them a 5 stars A+ versus corp no stars and negative if I could. Call local instead. They were quick and responsive.”
